Another great experience with Portsmouth Tarantulas. Spiders arrived well packaged and protected with heat packs. Delivered on time, with good communication. Really healthy looking tarantulas who’ve settled quickly.

Awesome service as usual from these guys. Very knowledgeable and the spiders are always clearly well cared for prior to buying. The live food is always of good value and fresh. The shop is well stocked with a variety of products , from tanks , to decor etc. The only slight negative, once you start shopping with them it’s hard to stop yourself buying loads. I try the I am only in for one item, and I don’t think I have ever succeeded in that one.

I have bought many Spiders from Portsmouth Tarantulas. They always arrive in excellent condition having been packed with great care and attention. Even during these wintery times the slow burn heat packs and abundant insulation ensure they are in perfect condition. Thank you for your care it really counts.

Ordered a S.calceatum sling and few other bits. Order arrived before Midday. The sling was very well packed and insulated.

Ordered a few Tarantula's from here now 2 slings and a juvenile tarantula. One was over Christmas when the temps dropped, they kept me up to date on the delivery via text. Definitely recommend if you're into your creepy crawlies! Always arrived healthy and full of life

I love Portsmouth Tarantulas, their staff are always friendly and welcoming with excellent knowledge. I bought a mystery box which is always excellent value for money and when I popped in they had some second hand terrariums for sale which again was great for money for how much I paid for it. My only warning is make sure you bring more money than what you thought you will need as you will start buying more items the more you’re in the store.

What an excellent experience ordering from the guys at Portsmouth tarantulas! From having never ordered spiders online before I thought I'd try these guys out from having found them online. I ordered 4 spiderlings and they arrived packaged perfectly and exactly as they were described online. I also had 100g of cork bark and I must of received 7-9 pieces of various sizes which is great for my other setups. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I recently purchased from Portsmouth tarantulas for the first time a few days ago. I got a £100 mystery box which was also my first ever mystery box. I asked for new world tarantulas only which they and honestly the value for my box was amazing. It was so well packaged and my Ts arrived safely and healthy. I kick myself from not buying from here sooner. Now to convince my partner to let me get another one because honestly this was great. I'm really happy with what I got. Thank you so much for giving me such a great first experience but also a great first mystery box.
