Friendly, helpful staff, competitive price and speedy delivery.
Would definitely recommend them.

Good guys to talk to very helpful

They sent the wrong size liner, then didn't bother to respond to my email.

Brilliant speedy service with very helpful staff

The filter in my outdoor pond stopped working on a Sunday and having looked at the options available to secure a replacement as quickly as possible and chose Pondsuperstores. Delivery was stated as between 3-5 working days but to my delight, surprise and relief the new filter arrived on the Tuesday and I was able to install it thus minimising the the time the pond was unfiltered.

Found what I was looking for at a good price and delivered in double quick time what more could you ask for

Cloverleaf All Seasons is working well, after 1 treatment, and the blanket weed is gradually receding. The cloudiness only lasted 2 days.
I was concerned that my pond's pumps and filter would become clogged with debris but this hasn't happened however it has been recommended that I purchase Sludge Answer to clear the remnants of the blanket weed on the pond floor.

Fast delivery and no charge

A great price. Perfect correspondence. Super fast delivery .

Good advisory information and competitive price for pond pump. Prompt delivery too

Excellent service and communication

Pool liner was good value, and was delivered on time.

First time ordering from this company and made a mistake with the measurements. Contacted Pondsuperstores and was able to change the liner size as my order had not been cut. Cost a little more but very good quality liner used for a large planter. Will recommend this company.

First time using Pondsuperstores and the product advert sent to me may make cleaning our pond easier than emptying it! Price was good, good communication from Pondsuperstores, but once it went out for delivery to Parcelforce, after 4 emails, it was unclear when the delivery was due. It arrived early and although instructions were followed by a sign on our door, the delivery driver did not make contact.
The product was packed well and in good condition and robust construction looks worth the price. Not used it yet so can’t comment on is operation, as pond growth this year is huge. Lilies leaves covering the pond surface.

Detailed description of product. It was easy to order and delivered promptly

Much appreciated the Pond liner and underlay samples received promptly.
Think you’re the only company supplying samples, this will help me decide the best materials to order for my pond.

Amazing service, a really good price ordered one day delivered the next day, brilliant
