I ordered a shirt in Lg and upon receiving an email confirmation it said size Small. I immediately emailed them and reported the discrepancy. They emailed me late the next day basically saying “oh well”, we already shipped the item!

It took forever to receive the item and now they won’t respond to my emails regarding a return shipping address!

Terrible company and website!!

Would give zero stars if I could, when ordered it says shipping from United States when I questioned it after I ordered they stated “items were coming from China” sizes were a mile different than advertised and also the quality is terrible.

I have asked customer service now 8 times from a returns address and they keep ignoring me and asking for feedback on the product so they can improve their service…

Just answer my question!!!

Company is a SCAM!!! Should be zero stars. This company is misleading and falsely advertising their products that are believed to be made in the USA. Products are actually made in China and shipped from China. This causes a significant delay in shipping which the consumer is not made aware of. Customer service is horrible when asking for an update on your order. They advertise you can get a full refund for your return when in fact they DON’T honor and try to get you to pay for your return and never refund your money. BBB has been contacted. Spread the word and stay away! For those that have been scammed might be time to either take the loss or file civil suit for false and misleading advertising.

This company is definitely a scam. I’ve been trying to get a refund for an item that was sent back in the beginning of June 2023 and have yet to get a refund. Contacted the company by email several times only received 3 automated emails to be patient or yet to receive package. Will be reaching out to my credit card company. Zero stars for customer service.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This company is horrible and a scam. Do not buy their product. Their shirts are horrible quality and not what they advertise. The customer service is complete trash. They say you can return their product but you can’t.

Currently in the process of trying to exchange two shirts that I purchased. They are medium but are incredibly small (I wear medium in most of my other shirts, these fit like smalls). I have sent six emails since 5 June asking what is the process to exchange these shirts. The company asked that I take a picture of the shirts and the sizes of the shirts and then email them back - even though they can look up that information with my order number. I did not even ask for a refund, I asked to exchange the mediums for larges. This company is terribly unresponsive. 1 or 2 more days of this and I will be asking for a refund (I should've asked already, but I'm trying desperately to give them the benefit of the doubt).

15 Jun '23 - Back for the follow up. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY PERIOD. After multiple emails and an incredibly unresponsive customer service, this company has concluded that it will cost too much to send the shirts back to exchange for a larger shirt (even though there is an exchange and refund policy on their website). They have refused to even give me an address to send the shirts back to, and refuse to exchange or refund them. They instead offered a 20% off coupon for more products on their website.

The shirts are low quality, and the company is absolutely terrible. Save your money.

Zero customer service would not respond to repeated request to exchange or refund shorts that were listed as large but are actually a small or X-small. Now forces to dispute charge with credit card company

Ordered 4 shirts 2 weeks ago still haven’t arrived!

As with all the other reviews here this place is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I ordered 4 shirts 2 were very small compared to their size chart. I ordered Med which is what I what wear and it fit like an X sm. Luckily the other 2 shirts I ordered I got a size bigger for my son. Then trying to just exchange the shirts not even a refund I had to jump through hoops. They wanted to know if I ordered the right size compared to their size chart to what I "REALLY" wear. After that, a week later email, they wanted pictures of the shirts to show the size on the shirt that I got... like they didn't know, they shipped them. I sent that email response about 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them on a refund OR exchange. This place is ridiculous and as I said DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE IT'S JUNK!!!!

Guys do yourself a favor. Report the site and avoid. Absolute scam. Size is just square.!!!

Make sure you are absolutely certain of the sizing because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund or exchange. I emailed back and forth with customer services saying that they don't fit and I would like to return them. Instead of obliging, they said I should keep the items and they will give me a 20% refund. Ridiculous. They're a little tight now and I'm intending to bulk soon.

My son liked the two shirts I purchased for him as gifts, but I was unhappy with fit on my shirt. It's unwearable. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted me to keep jumping through hoops...to return a brand new t-shirt. I finally gave up, because I was tired of fighting them for it. Moreover, it took a long time to get the shirts, and I didn't realize they shipped from Australia or I would have rethought this. You can get shirts that say the same things in better quality elsewhere and I strongly suggest you do.

Tshirtz look good. Shipping was fast and the size fits very well.

Non ordinateeeee e una trappola, loro non hanno indirizzo, non hanno negozio, ho ordinato una giacca grande 70 € me arrivato una maglia brutta di 5 euro . Non hanno politica di reso . Appena fatto denuncia in polizia. Fatte attenzione....!

Advertised as 100% cotton but are 35/65 cotton/poly. Long lead time. Pathetic cust service. I bought 3 tees, all are polyester rags. STAY AWAY from these scammers.

Starting to wonder if the site is a scam. They send an email with order confirmation and tracking number but all comes up as "invalid". No response from customer service email. Buyer be ware.

No return policy. English is not their first language. Slow response or no response on emails. Waste of time. Product is adequate but sizing is way off.

Really poor quality products, really not worth the money (even if you buy at sale price).

Cheapest possible t-shirt quality with the design printed and sticking together in the item once received. Also massive difference in size for two items listed as XL - one was more of a Medium, the other 'may' have been a Large

Really long lead time, products shipping from China - which also prevented a return for refund due to prohibitive mailing costs. Really evasive and slow customer 'service', overall just an awful company and experience
