This is a Chinese company doing business in the United States. When I learned that what I ordered was a Chinese Product I tried to cancel but was told the order was shipped. When I received the order I tried to go through a return process but they gave me the run around, then ignored me for a few days. I now have made the assumption that should I return the product that they'll never send me my money so I'm forced to keep the product. I'll use them for washing my car.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give negative stars I would. The clothes are terrible quality, mis-sized, badly printed and they refuse to give refunds/replacements and ghost your emails.

I usually only leave positive reviews, however…

The clothing was horrendously undersized. Size large ordered came as what in America we would call size small.

Company does not respond to emails nor Instagram messaging to initiate exchange or refund process.

Good rule of thumb for life: Never do repeat business with companies like this.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Manufactured and shipped from China. Shipping times are HORENDOUS!!! 2+weeks

I ordered two items I've never received. After writing them two e-mails without any respond I opened a case on Paypal for refund.

I didn't even get my order home... They're fake. Don't order !!!

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing from them. The shirts fit weird and they’re impossible to return. The website says to contact them about where to return things to, but when I did, I got a bunch of responses asking me question after question, wanted me to take pictures of measuring them, etc. It is ridiculous! It’s been two weeks and 5 emails, still no way to return them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! I placed an order for Christmas and after 2 weeks no shipment updates and no response when I attempted to reach the company. I finally received the products- mens shorts in size medium that were so small they barely fit my 90lb daughter. No number to call and the email addresses on the site send back a response that it isn't a valid email. Basically lost my money🤬

Placed an order Dec 9 and no shipment details, no responses back to 4 emails and no number to call. Do not buy from this place. I never write reviews but I hope this helps someone from being scammed out of their money. Run away. Rate sub zero if I could

They took my money weeks ago, but still haven’t delivered my merchandise. Customer service keeps stringing me along.

Ordered NOV 25th and almost 20 days later still haven’t received my shipment. Checked the tracking website they gave me. The last thing it’s says is conned in from china to Jamaica New York on DEC 5th. I emailed them multiple times and never received an answer. I really hope there’s people out there that read this before you buy it. Just go to Walmart get a t-shirt find a print shop and do it that way if you really want the hoodies or t-shirts.

November 27th 2023. I ordered a hoodie to wear on my vacation and there is still no tracking number. I've reached out several times and they've failed to respond. I believe I've been scammed and will be reporting PolyAlien to the Federal Trade Commission for fictitious advertising and fraud. This is thievery at its finest.

I would give zero stars if possible. First, there is no way to actually track your order. I was honestly surprised it even arrived.

The hoodie I ordered in a small fit like a large. If this item would’ve fit as expected, I probably would’ve overlooked the poor quality.

I followed the sites instructions to request a return via email. They refuse to tell me how to actually return the hoodie or provide a shipping label. They keep telling me that I need to send them photos of the hoodie with measurements of the item.

I’ve never heard of or had a company ask for photos and measurements of their own product. This has to be the biggest scam and most awful customer service and company out there.

Do not buy from them.

I wouldn't even give them a one start review. I ordered back in the beginning of November and they charge my credit card right away. I contacted them because the tracking information they gave me wasn't working. They sent me on back on November 27th. I just checked the tracking today Dec. 4th. The items still haven't shipped from the location they were at on November 27th.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the online company in question. While the product ultimately proved to be of acceptable quality, my experience with this establishment was far from commendable.

My primary grievance pertains to the company's misleading marketing claims. They boldly assert that their t-shirts are 100% cotton, yet the reality is quite the contrary. This constitutes an instance of blatant false advertising, which I find utterly unacceptable.

In my earnest attempts to address this matter, I encountered what can only be described as the most abysmal customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The indifference and unresponsiveness displayed by their customer service representatives were astonishing.

Furthermore, the company's refund and return policy is woefully inadequate. It is essentially nonexistent, leaving customers with minimal recourse when facing a situation such as mine. They refuse to take responsibility for their errors, even when it is abundantly clear that they are at fault.

Adding insult to injury, the shipping costs associated with this company are exorbitant. Despite the fact that these costs are a direct result of their erroneous claims and actions, the company vehemently refuses to assume responsibility for them.

In summation, my interactions with this online company have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. The false advertising, abhorrent customer service, and unreasonable policies make it abundantly clear that this company does not prioritize its customers' satisfaction or uphold the principles of ethical and responsible business practices. My experience with them has been a regrettable one, and I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering any transactions with this company.

Be aware that you can‘t return anything. The return policy is a fake. 🤬

Avoid!!! Ordered 2 large singlets, 2 totally different sizes even though there labels say large. Ordered large shorts that you wouldn't even consider medium!! Asked for a refund only to be offered 25%. Was not happy with so they offered 40% which I agreed to. 3 weeks later still no refund. AVOID CHEAP CHINESE RUBBISH but please pay USD!!!

Ordered 4 t-shirts XL, way too big for me. Asked to return/exchange, now they want me to send a photo. Reading all the other reviews here I am not even going to bother, money thrown away. Anyway, next time better luck.

Wrong size and then eventually offered a 20% partial refund compromise. The refund never came, and they've been ignoring all emails afterwards despite their initiation of the agreement. It is a scam.

This companies customer service is atrocious. Their T shirts run much smaller than their size chart and when you attempt to request an exchange they ask you for a photo or video on how you measured. I have never seen this from an online retailer. It has been a week of simply trying to change from a L to an XL with no success. The fabric of the shirts feels like those old cheap champion T shirts that used to cost $10 for a 3 pack. I would stay away from this company as there are much higher quality gym shirts out there that don’t try to force you to keep items that don’t fit.
