Poles Direct Anmeldelser

Very quick delivery, packed well with care , great price for what you get, look’s exactly like I wanted it to look , quality pole , definitely recommend, thank you,

Great product and fast efficient delivery. Highly recommend

Gave informative replies to two queries I had. Ordered almost immediately on Thursday afternoon, depatched on Monday morning, delivered Tuesday. Erected easily on Thursday - I took my time as I am 76, so I spaced it out over the day. High quality product, easy assembly, very small print on the instructions though!!

Ordered 16th August and no sign on the 31rst August .

Absolutely great quality pole exactly the shade per the picture . Very easy to put up.

It’s good to buy a complete pole rather than two halves. The screws to hold the pole in place were very awkward to get to. Grub screws would be an improvement. Nice quality and well packaged.

Excellent service and guidance available to ensure the right choice ar a good price, Delivery times and quality of poles very good - the biggest recommendation I can give is to say I will be returning very soon for my next purchase.

Super fast shipping, item exactly as described. Excellent quality! Highly recommended.

Poles Direct and their product terrific - could not be faulted. However, their choice of courier was disappointing. The pole was dumped over the gate and left leaning against a hedge and not brought to the house as requested. Poles Direct informed about this but no response received.

The pole was as expected. The delivery was slow.

Great product at good price. Quick delivery

Great service and curtain pole delivered when expected and looks great. Fast telephone response to a query. Lovely staff

Easy to use website and ordering process, item descriptions are detailed, payment process was simple and faultless, items packaged appropriately and were delivered very quickly

Products are a fair price, very easy to order
Delivery was quick and I was kept updated on the delivery time 😊
Great service

after contacting them ,They never got back to me on a price issue.

Received quickly. Easy to order.

Nice curtain pole for reasonable price and fairly quick shipment. However, supplied with poor quality screws and plugs which couldn’t support the pole. When used, the pole fell off the wall, damaging it.
