Poles Direct Anmeldelser

I received excellent service and products from Poles direct. The 28mm poles were great quality and the everything required to put them on the wall was in the box.

The ordering process was clear and easy. The cutting option was brilliant. Delivery was exactly as described. Installation went like a dream. The quality of the Pole and fixings is excellent. I couldn’t happier. Thanks very much

Very good quality eyelet pole - extremely happy with purchase.

Lovely solid, good quality curtain pole. I bought the antique brass finish and I'm pleased with it. There's a good choice of sizes and styles and it was easy to fit. It was delivered very promptly as well.

Fantastic customer service
Concise and easy navigation prompts
No waiting
Spoke with a fantastic operative named Laura.
Very polite and extremely helpful.
Thank you

Terrible quality, terrible customer service!

Poles arrived with various issues, most annoying issue was that the finials do not fit!

Customer service is very slow to respond and when they finally do respond they expect you to return the faulty products at your own cost which is quite high due to the size of the poles!

Of the 3 poles we ordered we have issues with two of them, issues which mean the product doesn’t work as Intended / isn’t for for purpose.

Terrible product, do not waste any money with this company. Cheap sub-standard products which aren’t fit for purpose.

Terrible customer service who are very slow to respond / constantly fob off the customer.

AVOID!!!!!!

This pole is falsely advertised as being an aged oak wooden pole.

It is a metal pole wrapped in a laminated paper to “look” like oak which it doesn’t at all. It looks cheap and tacky . Nowhere does it say on any info that it is metal . It went straight in the bin and ordered from elsewhere.

was the correct length, fairly stiff and came in a reasonable time! what more could you ask for from a mail order pole?

They look great , a good few of the screws broke when putting them up , could be better quality .

A seamless and easy shopping experience with all the details you need online. Easy to track and delivery was quick

Very happy with the curtain pole well made and strong.Arrived quickly and good brackets for the pole.If I need another pole would by from Poles Direct again.

Great curtain poles as described and robust. Quick service and great communication. Thanks!

Placed an order for a curtain rail and fittings. Only the curtain rail arrived. Customer services reassured the fittings would be sent again and I would be notified. 3 weeks later and this still hasn’t arrived, no follow up to advise if there has been delays. Not a great experience overall.

We chose them from your web page and they look so good when fitted in our living room gone from drab black and silver poles in the past but wood effect we chose finish the room of in style. Bedrooms are next so will be looking at more to buy from the range .

Really easy to find what I wanted and order it. Delivered with care and easy to put up. I couldn't be more pleased.
