Poles Direct Anmeldelser

Antique brass pole and brackets were fine. But supplied chrome screws clashed with the brass. Had to fit my own black screws

Lovely curtain pole, cut to the right size as requested and arrived on time

Good quality product

I was kept in touch for when the goods would arrive, so was able to take my dog out without missing a delivery. I prefer to be there when something is delivered.

Brilliant service, great curtain poles. Millie was amazing and helped sort a problem of my own making. Will definitely buy from here again.

User friendly website. Able to find what I wanted quite easily. Price of product was reasonable. Item delivered within time scale stated. Very well packaged, arrived in excellent condition. I will use the company again when looking for my next purchase.

The actual product (curtain pole plus fittings) is very good and I'd consider buying one again, although it would be better if it came with three brackets not just two. However delivery is poor - first it was delayed several daysby DHL because of a 'hiccup'; when it was delivered we were away and it would have stayed out in the rain for a week had our neighbour not spotted it and taken it in.

Delivery as described.

Perfect product for specific location. Had been looking for two months.

Website very easy to use and a huge range of top quality options.
Items are extremely well priced and my order arrived within a few days.
Great support and follow up. Simple instructions for how to put up the curtain pole.

First rate

I ordered on 15/9/26 a Valence rail and some pelmet clips, your ad delivery 2/3 days.
Clips arrived on tme.
I had to contact you on 21/9/26 as to the where abouts of the rail, was informed you would find out and let me know but no such message.
I again contacted you on 23/9/26 to be told the new arrival date would be either 25/9/26 or 28/9/26 ?. I cannot review the valence rail as it has not arrived.

The order process was easy. Delivery was quick and the quality of the curtain pole was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very helpful staff. Fast delivery

Beautiful looking poles, quite elegant, lots of choice in wood and ends. Delivery was great too.
