A beautiful app. It’s like having a best & wise friend by your side always. My gratitude is deep & heartfelt for the beautiful souls who made this available & for the love & compassion they share. Every person & child has a very special friend in this app - sounds weird I know, but Plum Village have “right” used this technology. This is a gift for the planet & all that inhabit it. Namaste

A wealth of resources to improve your life!

Love this app. The meditations and videos are wonderful and provide a lovely way to take time out of a busy day to find peace and mindfulness.

The world in an application

This app is amazing. It is rich in offerings for anyone interested in or curious about a spiritual path, whether how to practice, teachings on life and living, precepts for a fulfilled life. Highly recommended!

I’d like to share my gratitude for this app, something that I’ve always wanted to share but never had because I thought it isn’t possible to put such gratitude in words
I would once walk and walk in the beautiful hills and wonder with great trust in that of inter being for eternity with all that is around me. Id dare to go deeper into my ‘knowing’ that life for us does go on just like the trees around me. I’d never heard of Dharma, Sangha and dear Thay, the path. In fact I’d feel quite alone with no one to share with,
And then one evening while walking, Spotify offered me a podcast I may like. The title stared me in the face like a child returning and seeing his mother standing with open arms. I knew my spiritual journey was manifesting. I haven’t stopped listening since. You all accompany me on my journey and I am certainly not alone. Just meeting the sangha river was like meeting a pool of water in the desert that you had no idea existed. I feel at last I can be me and there is a love and compassion growing inside of me that I did not know.
Today I strive to live mindfully moment to moment and have our beautiful plum village uk/Ireland sangha group, an in person local plum village sangha group and am happy to be an active member in our Dharma voices for animals group. I wholeheartedly support your work and all that you do and am so excited to be supporting and help the Being Peace Center manifest into a realty in the Uk.

I feel immersed in happiness because of what you both have introduced me to.

i am 69 yrs old. this app has changed my life. it taught me how to meditate and why. it has led me to online sangas and given me introductions to retreats. because of this valuable and much loved app i have read many of thays books and i dearly love the the way out is in podcast.
i find i am more calm joyful and compassionate than i was. i am magically a better version of my self. and i love my life.
thanks to plumb village and everyone connected. you saved my life.

This App has such a volume and variety of really helpful meditations, it's a very rich resource. Sound quality etc v good.
