Just bought card at local kum and go tried to redeem them the card said redeemed on another account ??? I just bought them i have receipt that said its activated.

I Feel Cheated
Buy two cards, deducted from my bank account and never sent me the codes. I wrote the claim on their support site, I was told once, I have waiting more than a week and I have not solved the problem. I left a number of reports Information for Incident (CLIENT Ref:IN:00121827)of incidents, but have not solved anything by it. Do not send codes my refund my money to my bank account. Be very careful with these people.

Google Play codes are valid and unique codes that should always work. Some characters are very similar or hard to read. Make sure you entered the right code.
If the code after checking still doesn’t work, we would like to receive the following for a fast process:
- screenshot (from PC/notebook) of the error message
- screenshot (from PC/notebook) of the entered code
- both screenshots must include the address bar and the windows clock

I received my code after few hours, but it might be be because I used wrong email (not sure about that). One quick message via contact form at page with number of order fixed it. Code worked.
