If I could give them a quarter of a star I would. This Company is a complete scam. Not only do they represent themselves as a federal agency working with the Direct USPTO. They will send you bogus notices and scam hundreds of thousands of dollars from you and if you give them a little pushback you’ll get a message saying they have waived your fees, all the while they are trying to run your credit cards for what ever dollar amount they can clear until you cancel the cards and call them out then they will threaten you. Contact the FTC and the BBB and if you are in a situation like we are contact the DOJ this company is not even in the United States, but they have a phone bank in New York. It’s a scam. And this Sr. Legal Attorney Roy Wilson we are checking all over New York he is not even a real attorney. So far multiple federal and state crimes just on my case. Do your self a favor just contact the USPTO directly. You can do the same thing they claim to be doing. Don’t get scammed by these people.

Echoing many here, their 'Senior Paralegal' tells me someone else wants to TM my business name/logo and warned me of dire consequences if I don't do it myself in a double quick hurry. I got the same treatment last year by a different operative who went so far as to inform me that I'd face serious fines if someone else TM'd my logo and I continued to use it. Business must be sloooow to resort to contact/account churn.

I received a text message from the "Sr Paralegal" about someone else applying for my company name with the USPTO, who they'd assist, asking if I want their help in protecting my company name, with some costs, of course. Why they would help someone else do this, after I paid them for my logo (4 years ago), is beyond me. I suspect it's a scam.

These clowns are trying to pull the same trademark scam for the third year in a row. They cannot reference this "person" who has applied so it can be reviewed on the USPTO site.

They have tried to scam me for months about "registering my trademark with the federal government. They state that another entity has applied for my trademark and if I don't pay them to settle it with the "federal government" that I will be assessed penalties. What a joke, and its going as far as harassment at this point.

This is Stacy, Sr. Paralegal Officer from Pixels Logo Design. You had your logo designed by us back in 2018, hopefully, you are still using it. If so, we would like to bring to your knowledge that some other applicant applied for the Trademark application for the same business name as yours, but if we proceed with his application and if he gets the federal ownership and protection for this mark/name then you'll be required to cease all use of this name as per the Trademark Law.

The application is filed with USPTO for trademark registration from the state of North Carolina. Upon searching the business name in our database, your information popped up. Since you already got the logo design services from Pixels Logo Design our internal policy suggests getting consent from you if you're willing to reserve the trademark rights and registration under your ownership of the business.

If you're not willing to register the trademark so the other applicant will be honored as USPTO serves applicants on a first come first serve basis.

We would appreciate it if you can revert back to this email in the next 24 hours. We've tried to establish contact with you. In case of no contact from you in the next 24 business hours, the other applicant will be given the opportunity to begin their registration following standard examination and filing procedure with USPTO.

As per the Act of 1946 §§ 1051 et seq, it is mandatory to register your mark to hold the ownership rights federally.

I also received an email from this company. I was being nice in starting to understand but later they started harassing and threatening about legal issues if we don't provide USPTO code. You can't use your logo, brand name in social media. I have used their services in 2017 and now all of sudden they have reached out. And, today someone texted the same thing saying an assistant to William.

This is what they sent.

I got the same scam everyone else is talking about after using them to design my logo. Dispicable, they have a 1.3 here, a 1 on Yelp, and an F on BBB. Never seen a company do this poorly online before.

Submitted a logo to be digitized, logo was created by one of the employees. We only wanted to have it in a format that would be able to be placed on embroidery patch, and used for merchandise. It took them 1 week (they advertised 24hrs) to get the digitized file. They began harrasing me about getting it trademarked or copyright. Once I told them no thank you, they proceeded to state they owned the logo!! Lawyers getting involved. THEY PICKED THE WRONG ONE!!

Like many others on here I order a logo several years ago with this company. It was fine for a couple of years but I have since been receiving emails and phone calls from them claiming that there is a trademark dispute on my company name. (It is actually a charity, the name of a church.) It is a total scam to try and extort money.

I suspect the company has been taken over by people who are emailing their old customers. I have reported them to ActionFraud. I would advice everybody else to report them to their countries cyber fraud centre as well to try and get them to stop operating.

INFRINGEMENT SCAM?
I had a logo designed by this company a few years back. I have no issue with the logo.
Over the past couple of weeks I have received several emails claiming to be from their legal department stating someone else is trying to trademark the business name they used in my logo design. I have a very short time period to object and register it myself. If I do not respond and the name is registered by said third party then I will be in trouble if I use the name. So glad I checked Trust Pilot as it appears I'm not the only one!

I have reported this company to Action Fraud, the UK's national reporting centre for fraud and cyber crime. They are now being tracked by the Serious & Organised Crime squad.

Go ahead, make my day.

I bought a gold package for 12 designs and unlimited changes. Their concepts were very amateurish and they did not have the ability to follow a brief at all. Over the course of 3 weeks, I had awful trouble getting hold of any of my designs and then getting them close to the mark, when I asked for a refund I was hounded by a designer who was not competent. Every day for a week I demanded a refund but no one would discuss this with me only concept designs.
I was also never able to be sent a vat invoice only a clip of a bank deposit.

These people are quite clearly trying to extort money from sole traders and small businesses by threatening that their intellectual property would be stolen by a third party and destroy their livelihood. Attempts to get businesses to pay up to $1000 to protect their rights for no reason
This stuff just destroys whatever faith I had left in humanity.

Trying to con people out of money saying someone was going to steal my Trade Name and that I was going to loose my business .. haha .. they are very persistent .. do not listen to a word they are saying for heavens sake 🙏🏻 UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.. they are criminals

Don’t trust any emails you receive from this company… I’ve received 5 emails in the last 20 days, all very similar to the emails I have seen from other reviewers. I should have looked at Trust Pilot sooner, as I actually engaged in verbal dialogue with ‘Jason Brown’ much to my amusement and insult.

But, as I had the pleasure, here is some of the information I received:

1: they will charge $1000 for registering a trademark in UK (it actually costs £170 + £50 per additional class)

2: they’ll charge $1700 for registering a trademark in the US

3: I told them I had applied for trademark in the UK and wasn’t interested in one in the US, but was told I need to proceed with them for the US trademark registration or they will vigorously oppose my trademark application in the UK. I even requested it be put in writing so I could ‘mull it over’, this is what they sent: “As per our conversation earlier today. This is to bring in written that we being the US Logo Design compnay will give you the rights of getting it register in UK. But for US you need to proceed with us. The total cost of the application & classification fee will be $1700.00 USD.
Once your application is filed with USPTO you will have the serial number in next 4 to 5 days.”

4: While I was on the phone, I looked at the Pixel Logo website and mentioned a lack of offering a trademark registration service, needless to say, they got very defensive and informed me their trademark registration company is: apextrademark

I don’t respond to extortion, nor do I appreciate seeing that they are trying to extort money from many people with the same scam! It’s disgusting and something should be done about this bottom of the barrel filth!

Avoid at all costs! Do not respond to or entertain any of their alleged trademark warnings!

Terrible recent experience with this company trying to tell me that a logo (at least 4-5 years old) has EUIPO FILING CONFLICT.

I've told them the logo wasn't even for a business and they continue to push you to register anyway.

The work is not even that great but was ok for what I was charged I will NEVER use them again!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I guess Pixels Logo Design is hurting for money and is trying to pressure people into using their services to Trademark business names. I got the following email and the same person has been texting me repeatedly, with a false sense of urgency.
