I needed a custom baffle for a Z900rs Yoshimura system. Jeff was more than helpful. They made and sent me a new baffle in 24hrs. Excellent service.

Great company emailed on the Sunday that I needed an exhaust ASAP as I was in a sticky situation before going to Spain by dinner time Monday my new exhaust and can and link pipe was dispatched, really saved my ass

I'd seen Pipe Werx exhausts on a few bikes and thought they looked quality. I contacted them, they went above and beyond, answering emails immediately. I took the bike to their works, Jeff and Rob made the existing link fit the new can, it looks and sounds ace, is top quality and cheaper than most of the competition I looked at. Great service, can't recommend them enough. Just wish I'd got one sooner. Will wear the t shirt with pride.

Context: After nearly 3 months the company reply's with a copy & paste from Google Reviews then posts some absurd & unprofessional remarks:
"Also worth noting that this customer has left x 1 five star review on here for "free money", the customer seems very unhappy with a lot of companies, just saying."
Which are false allegations & really is shining a light on how unprofessional the company really is to the public.

My advice... Look elsewhere for link pipes or possibly exhaust cans.

Where do I start with this company.. I ordered Black Widow Exhausts part-system but the link pipes didn't fit well with the centre stand on my Suzuki GSX 1400. So on my bikes Facebook group I saw the "Pipe Werx Bikes Ltd" link pipes and cans which I looked great as they was chrome polished link pipes even said it in the description on their website Polished link pipes so I went ahead and ordered them for £107! (Would attach images but no images on Trustpilot)

And on waiting 4 weeks for this delivery because they was "Busy" due to the isle of man TT" I got and opened them up to none polish, scratched, dented, poorly welded link pipes. the only reason I kept them was the centre stand bracket was better on them vs the Black Widow link pipes. So on seeing this I contacted Pipe Werx Bikes Ltd to ask where my correct order was which was clearly not them via email listing all of the above. I then get a call from "Jeff Seddon" I believe from Pipe Werx Bikes Ltd, calling me off of his phone rushing about trying to manipulate me saying what I said was incorrect or "my opinion" which is false I was stating Facts. Then for him in the middle of the call putting the phone down on me because he was busy... extremely unprofessional.

Month goes by going in circles saying I want what I ordered him telling me nothing is wrong pretty much, me asking for a partial refund due how poor quality the link pipes are, him saying to send them back and wait weeks for him to polish poop so to speak and me saying that how other exhaust company's have treated me 50x better then "Pipe Werx Bikes Ltd" like "Black Widow" sent me out another set of link-pipes within a few days when I complained about the pipes not fitting correctly & "Scorpion exhausts" sending out the scorpion van out to collect my previous motorcycle as one of the scorpion systems I bought the link pipe was too long which they replaced, fitted & delivered back to me for free. but I get called a Lier pretty much and nothing done for a month plus.

Which Jeff Seddon - Pipe Werx Bikes Ltd then replied:
"Hi, I will manufacture a set of polished link pipes and dispatch them next week with a Royal Mail returns label for the link pipes you have now that you can return them once you have swapped the replacements over."

2 MONTHS LATER.. Nothing no refund, no new link pipes, no emails nothing. So I email this morning (Would attach images but no images on Trustpilot) of me saying I'd like a partial refund (for the 4th time now) within 7 days or I will proceed to initiate the PayPal charge-back for the Full or partial amount due to the incompetence and poor quality service I've received from this company. To him saying it my fault they didn't send the "New" link pipes out the week of the 2nd of June poor. Like really.....

Anyways I got a partial refund and the matter is closed. Just sharing how bad of a company Pipe Werx Bikes Ltd is.

Ordered a 3" downpipe with sports cat for an Audi TT & was a bit sceptical weather it would fit or not as the space is tight. It was also short notice as they are not an off the shelf part. Well, Jeff said he had another to do that week so would get them done together. They arrived in good time & fitted perfectly!

Absolutely first class service. Went above and beyond to get my cans out to me promptly. Even helpful when it came to fitting them. My little ZZR600 has never sounded so good with her shiny new Hawk cans. Certainly draws attention 🤣

Having spoken with Jeff he was very helpful with regards to my current project, received the exhaust today and I can’t recommend these guys enough 5star service and the products are 👌.

I own a kawasaki h2sx se 2022 ,when I was looking for an aftermarket can ,I tried two companys advertised exhaust for my bike and year ,when the exhausts arrived neither would fit the link pipe was way to long ,after much trying and conversations, both exhausts were sent back and a refund obtained ,I then gave a final try to pipewerx, spoke to Jeff told him my previous problems ,he instantly said it won't work on your bike as the link pile was totally different for 22 onwards , I knew I'd arrived at the right place ,when he said we developed a new link pipe for the new model , so placed my order ,went away and wanted to change something on the order so sent a message at 9pm on a Friday, expecting a response on Monday, nope 9.30pm Friday Jeff gets back no problem ,any man that cares about his customers this much ,is only going to care about his products the same ,the tri carbon oval I ordered is a thing of beauty and sounds fantastic, as I had a 380mm can and didn't want it be too loud Jeff made a db killer that brings it close to what an approved can should be ,I would recommend PIPEWERX to anyone

HI all.A couple of months ago I've ordered an exhaust from this company and I just wanted to say thank you for so unique and original exhaust street legal not too loud not too quiet it's just What a wanted..cause before that I had some headaches in searching for . Plenty of brands and types..at high prices.And luckily I found this maybe not accidentally.Its just fits perfect for GSX650f.Nice design and beautiful looking!PS Many thanks PipeWerx for the t-shirt.I love it!

Bought a Hawk GP exhaust for my Triumph Daytona. Was so surprised by how quick and great the customer service was when I had to make a last minute adjustment to my order. The exhaust came quickly and let me say this ........ WOW! The lightness, sound and looks are just incredible. You can see just how well they are made, pure quality and since it's been on I have smiled like a Cheshire cat. Will be coming back for more and have recommended to everyone. I hear "yeah, yours sounds better than mine" a lot of times from fellow riders.

fantastic company. communication is great, replied to any of my messages within minutes and very helpful. This is my 3rd hawk exhaust from them and the look/quality and sound of these exhausts is just awesome. I probably wouldn't choose any other supplier in all honesty. delivery was quick and well packaged each time. not a single thing to complain about

Contacted them as my partner has a new bike and I want to source a PipeWerx exhaust. I was not sure whether the downpipes etc were standard so checked with them.

Just collected and fitted my end can and link pipe for my 2018 Ducati Diavel.

Great quality and workmanship and "bestest" of all it sounds AMAZING!! Stationary at a set of lights the slightest blip and the smile is unstoppable.

I ordered an end can for my R6. The exhaust has arrived and the quality is 2nd to none and the service I have received from these guys has been excellent. I would recommend anyone to order from them. I will certainly be buying future exhausts from them.

Pipewerx were 100% helpful from the first time I sent a message, to getting my order to me before a booked trackday when I really did need it. looks great! sounds great! and no loss of power! Awesome exhaust, will be ordering a GP can from them soon
