David Bruce at Catterick dealt with our march-out appointment and was excellent throughout. He was professional, approachable and immediately built a good rapport with myself ,which have not felt with previous visits .He clearly explained everything we needed to know and made the whole appointment straightforward and stress-free.

I have my own separate opinions regarding Pinnacle Group as a company, but those should not detract from David’s service as an individual. David was excellent and a credit to the role.

We had our last march out with Sophie Stockdale in the Catterick area. She was kind, caring and professional very good at her job. Probably the best march out we have ever had in 16yrs thankyou very much

Her communication is excellent, and she handles every issue efficiently and with genuine care. I am extremely grateful for her support and would highly recommend her services.

My experience so far with Pinnacle has been so difficult. Every time when I had a query it was so difficult to get an answer. Some teams\people simply don't reply. I have a query raised on 21st of Aug, no reply yet. This is a simple query, nothing complicated. The difference between the previous management company and Pinnacle is huge. Very disappointing

I am a leaseholder at a property managed by the Pinnacle Group. My experience with them over 8 years has been outstanding. The staff is helpful, courteous and responsive. The property is well-maintained. Where required, the staff also go the extra mile to assist. I must specially call out Absal who has been absolutely immense in helping us around various issues. I look forward to many more years of great support and partnership.

David Bruce did our pre march out and march out within Catterick. He was very professional and helpful and told us everything we needed to know regarding marching out. We even passed the march out due with no charges, was a very easy and smooth process.

I had help from David Bruce in Catterick for our day of key hand over to our new house and it was such an easygoing experience. He walked me through every room, every appliance, locks, switches, absolutely everything got covered. Any questions I thought of afterwards I just dropped him a message and he got right back to me with the solution. He recommended me the best companies to set things up with and told me some tips on looking after the house itself because it’s an older home.
I’d recommend him to anyone looking to use Pinnacle.

The housing officer Peter was on time ans polite. He immediately made me feel at ease and even though he was thorough he was also complimentary.

We’ve just moved out of Vantage and had the greatest experience having Zeeshan as our property manager. He’s always on top of everything and tries to resolve issues asap

I recently moved in to a new build extra care facility. Its the best decision i made coming here. Stacey our manager and Tina radis manager have been so helpful with supporting me and i cant praise the staff enough. Nothing is too much trouble for Carl the caretaker who has helped me on many occasions getting settled. If someone is wondering if a community like this is for them i would strongly recommend it.

David was very friendly and explained everything we needed to sort out clearly
