Very happy with delivery time and my order. I ordered lip liner, lipstick, lip glaze and cream blush. It was sent quickly and arrived 2 days later. Beautifully packaged products, so cute! And the make up is good quality and exactly as advertised. Great price and lovely products, I would definitely recommend Pink Honey.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !Ordered a few things and didn’t receive 2 items so emailed and got told they have sent me the 2 items out which was over 2 weeks ago ( lip liner shade smooch and lip gloss shade kisses ) asked about an update and have been ignored so clearly have been lied to order number #186604 ( will take this review down as soon as I receive my products or a refund)

Awful communication, one product was missing and now my emails and social media messages are being ignored.

Ordered items over a month ago, haven't arrived and no response from several attempts to contact customer service. Scam. Avoid.

Really bad customer service I’ve been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now and no one is getting back to me they said it’s been delivered and it’s not !

Sent emails regarding a return as the lipsticks I ordered were not like the photo shown and have had no response to any of my emails will not be ordering again or recommending.

Ordered 3 times, only 2 turned up, had to email 6 times before someone replied to me, no phone number to contact and was not able to message on tiktok/instagram, so just had to wait. They eventually replied and sent a replacement, which I then ended up having a massive allergic reaction to. FYI - I have the least sensitive skin!! I can put absolutely anything on my skin and it’s perfect, something in this must be harmful to skin and I am now left with red/itchy/very sore brows after using product for 2 weeks. Unhappy.

I ordered 2 of the discounted boxes thinking I’d get some things different I ordered 1 light 1 medium but got the exact same stuff just different shades the ad is very misleading makes you think your getting the bronzing fluids

Shocking customer service!!! Order #163017 Placed an order, realised it was the wrong address followed the website guide to cancel before the order was processed but it didnt give an option to cancel it. emailed no reply! so just left the order and changed to pick up at a depot instead. You cancelled the order and return to sender without any communication Charged for the product that was never received. Emailed again no response emailed with a complaint no response so claimed the money back from the bank and still got a cheek to challenge the claim!
