Refuse to issue refund for cancelled policy
Unfortunately, we could not come to terms on a policy premium for 2023. Pie Insurance still charged my card on file for $1775 and have since kept the money even though I recieved a policy cancellation dated 1/12/23. I tried to fight the charge on my card but it was over 60 days by the time I recieved the official policy cancellation letter. I of course have tried to work with their team to no success. They continually state it will be refunded after an "audit" but it has been 4+ months since the policy for 2022 ended. Still no audit, still no communication back when I will recieved said audit, etc.

Some of the most expensive insurance rates out there! The price they gave me was $600 more than travelers and liberty mutual. There adds are definitely deceptive!!

PUC filing cancelled and re-submitted super fast
I requested puc filing under the wrong PUC # and when I requested for the filing to be cancelled and re-submitted under the correct PUC # it was done in a matter of minutes. this kind of turn-around time helps me look good in front of client. I really appreciate the quick response.
