Skrevet av virksomheten
Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and sell a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more, but with a particular focus in photography & computing. PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have multiple warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and, of course, our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product. We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock, including Celestron, Vanguard, Skywatcher, Kingston, Samsung, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites. Apart from our competitive pricing, our consistent high level of service is what we believe sets us apart from our competition, online companies live and die by their reviews and with the growth of social media and the power this has it has become even more important to offer a better than just good service.

Returned customer
I used to shop at Picstop more frequently in past, but since postage cost was added to purchases I refrained to buy anything..there was no postage cost so I decided to make my recent purchase...good communication for delivery..thanks a lot!

Good to have you back!
For at least the last 20 years we have offered Free delivery on everything, however, for a short period in 2022 we trialled a small postage charge (£1.99) on memory products. We eventually reversed this change within a few months and added that value back into the overall cost of the product - and a 'Free Delivery' inclusive price was available on all products again.

I always use Picstop for photography…
I always use Picstop for photography Extreme Pro SD cards. Best price on the current market and most importantly, for the disorganised photographer, who suddenly realises they need a couple of new cards before their photography holiday !!....Picstop post out immediately.

Customer called our office about this issue, we offered our apologies for the fault, promised to replace the product under warranty ASAP, we supplied 'free returns' details - an hour or so later we received this poor 'service' review. Tried contacting the reviewer again - no response.
