Great customer service
Great customer service as I was trying to find out a little more information about a product I was looking to get.
Paul called me on their call back service and gave me alot of good advice which helped me make up my mind.
The prices are very reasonable and competitive.
Quick dispatch and delivery too.

Absolutely excellent customer service.
I had some issues with PayPal while trying to order my dwarf 3 smart telescope and ended up having to call PicStop who sorted out the problem really quickly for me They are very helpful. Their prices are keen their service is excellent I only managed to order it today which is a Friday and it's going to be delivered on Monday.

Professional, knowledgeable, do what they promise to do, and decent pricing. Give them a go.
They delivered promptly and on time.
When I noticed a couple of dints, which ultimately were identified as manufacturer issues, Gary sorted everything out with no fuss and quickly. They did everything they said they'd do, always with professionalism and courteously. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service.
While looking on their website, I picked the item I wanted. I went to pay but the price suddenly increased. I rang them up and they said yes they had some price increases, but they woud honor the original price. (all the new price increases were on the website.)
I then had problems trying to add the item to my basket. I think there was something wrong with the website as I couldn’t add any items. I rang them again. They were super helpful. I paid for the item over the phone. I got it the next day.
My husband thrilled with the telescope.

Watch your phone bill
I've edited from 3 to 5 starts, although I had to call as no order conformation or update emails were received, but I guess I should have checked the number I was calling and to be fair, sevince was spot on.....
Well, the experience was good, up to the point where I got my phone bill and had been charged £3 to call customer service. I'd had no email confirmation for my order and had to call. Looked like a land-line number calling from England, but was classed as international. Other than that, spot on, just made the bargain price less of a bargain

All order confirmation emails are automated from our system; Hotmail occasionally blocks emails—hence the message at checkout to add our email to your allowed list and check spam folders. As an Isle of Man-based company, we are aware of some telecom companies charging a premium to call our office. We have a message warning callers about this on our contact page, where the phone number is advertised.

Wow what can I say..
Wow what can I say... If only every online retailer was like PicStop absolutely fabulous... I ordered a Dwarf 3 telescope on Thursday & the item was delivered the very next day on Friday morning with free postage... Not only that it was at the best price I could find & trust me I shopped around... Excellent customer satisfaction highly recommended 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
