We already had one so when our Son’s water filter jug broke we bought him a Phox. Much better than any other water filter jug we’ve had. Better construction, much sturdier and the advantage of only ha... Vis mer

Our Mission
We are here to provide a solution to an ever increasing single-use plastic problem.
In the pursuit of clean and tasty water, more than 100 million filter cartridges go to landfill each year. In 2019 we decided to put an end to that by creating the first refillable filter cartridge.
Simply open the cartridge and pour in the fresh filter granules every 45 days.
Phox products are manufactured in the UK with a strong focus on sustainability.
We want to provide an amazing experience for our customers, If there is anything we can do to improve, please let us know!

After many years of using Brita filter…
After many years of using Brita filter jug, which has always seved me well, I fancied a change and specifically wanted a glass jug. I came across Phox and, when I found out they made exactly what I was looking for, and, most importantly, that it is made in Scotland, I was sold!
I'm very happy with the jug overall. The water filters through noticeably faster than it did with my Brita and I also love the fact that I don't have to worry recycling cartriges. Instead, the filtering material comes in small, flat packets which are muc easier to deal with.
The only thing I would mention, and this more of an observation than a criticism, is the filter life. Phox states that a filter lasts up to 44 days, but mine lasted around 22 days. I do use the jug quite frequently, and live in a hard water area, so I wasn't particularly surprised by this.
I also have to say that the service has been impeccable, from ordering right through to delivery.
Veru happy customer :-).

Hi Andrew,
I’m really sorry about the hassle with our automated chat assistant when you were looking for help with your order. It definitely shouldn't have ended up in a loop asking for details without giving you a proper answer!
I wanted to reach out personally to make sure everything with your recent order (#592418) arrived safely and to see if you still had any unanswered questions I can clear up for you?
Also, as a small apology for the frustration this caused, I’d love to add a complimentary refill pack to your next order or apply a partial refund to your recent purchase—just let me know what works best for you.
Kind regards,
Ana
