My order arrived fine and on the surface of it they seem like a great company to deal with. Just do not expect good customer service when things go wrong.
I had a minor fault with a Schoffel coat and returned it as it was still under guarantee.
I expected it to be repaired and returned but it was sent back to Schoffel and destroyed without my consent.
I was initially made aware that the item could be destroyed for credit purposes but this was done without giving me the opportunity to request its return.
Furthermore they were not able to offer a replacement, maybe a little initiative and communication on their part would have prevented this.
I know it sounds silly but I had grown very fond of said coat and this has left a bitter taste.

They do what they are suppose to do.
Maybe the old fashion way of doing things, which is a lot better than most things now.
Just a great company to buy things from.

Faultless from start to finish

The Samuel Heath towel rail arrived with a small plastic cap missing. This is vital to stop the rail from rattling in the brackets. The items were sealed and this was clearly down to Samuel Heath, not Philip Morris. Philip Morris arranged for a replacement to be sent direct from Samuel Heath.

I ordered a Barbour wax jacket from this company. It was sent very swiftly and arrived in perfect condition. It was a good fit at a very competitive price. I would recommend them.

Best price around, and next day delivery

I ordered a dog bed on Saturday evening, and wow, it arrived Monday. That's quicker than Amazon Prime. It was well packaged too in environmentally frie dly cardboard
The other thing I like about PhilipMorrisDirect, is that I have signed up for marketing emails but, I'm not being bombarded with them.

I have shopped with Philip Morris a number of times. Their service is exceptional, their website is good, they often have very well priced options and they keep you well informed every step of the way.

Absolutely terrible service. They cancel my order after 3 days it was place due to a package was too big ( dog bed) and can't be shipped to my location. This should be mentioned before order is placed.
I will never going use them in future

I bought a pair of wellies at the start of January, I wore these about 4 times in a grassy field while walking my dogs , I noticed that one foot was extremely wet , I took the boot off at home and used some fairy to see where the water was getting in. It was a seam near the sole so I made a short video , took some pictures and made contact 16 Feb 2025

I appreciate that items need tested and checked, I'm sure the people testing or inspecting are qualified ,but for the untrained like me it was obvious! The seam was where it was leaking on the boot, not even 30 days old.

My frustration comes from the email I received telling me it could be 2 -3 weeks. I never had any confirmation they were even received when i returned then , i had to chasing a response, why should I be left withought wellies when the issue is a manufacturing one!

I really hope that the customer service improves because as it stands it's completely unacceptable !

I bought a pair of Le Chemeau wellingtons just under two and a half years ago from Philip Morris.

I noticed recently one of the boots was leaking and I contacted the company. The warranty is 2 years and once they established they were past the date they were not interested. They are entitled to rely on that but, really, are they not interested in why one of their boots failed way before the end of its expected design life? Even one of their directors is quoted as saying these boots will last a long time. Do they think it is reasonable that one of their customers simply pays another £200 for a pair of wellies? After pushing back on their first response they offered to take it up with Le Chameau, but added they were not at all hopeful! They were not interested and clearly don't care about their customers, or their reputation.

Found a barbour coat, cheaper than anywhere else...prior to this i was not aware of the company and ordered a few other things at the same time

East to order, delivery arrived promptly. Will buy from here again

Bought a Barbour jumper in the sale - delighted to find such good value but also very pleased with postage as the present arrived promptly and well packed.
As expected, the rib knit jumper is excellent quality, very warm and will be hard wearing.
