All good no problem

Arrived very quickly , well packaged and as ordered .

Found a correctly sized replacement drip tray for my plate rack which I didn't realise was available. It arrived very quickly and was well packed. The whole experience was a delight!

Great service , fantastic products and fair prices

I was able to buy a spare lid for a saucepan avoiding having to pay for a complete replacement pan. I placed my order late on a Sunday afternoon and opted for standard delivery. The lid was with me on the following Tuesday morning. What impressive service!

On two occasion I ordered from them as they supposedly had items in stock online and on both occasions they didn’t. First time they said nothing and I had to chase only to be told it was on back order after waiting a week. I was told another ten days so I cancelled the order. Second time they did at least email today they couldn’t order it in. Yet it’s for sale on their website to this day despite the fact they don’t have it and can’t order it. Seems they are just drop shippers and just want your money.

My order of two mugs was delivered safely and without any issues.

I could not resist the Barbour slippers which are excellent by the way when a discount was offered ,excellent response and delivery

From start to finish the online purchsse was great, shame the sizes seem a little small

Ordered some boots about November time. Never actually received my item, have been back and forth for 2-3months over email, now I’m just getting ignored. So I’m over £100 down and no boots received. Absolutely horrendous behaviour, won’t buy from here again.

I am an old male, novice rider.
There was a nice guy in the shop who gave me lots of time and alternatives for leather riding boots.
Leather boots aren't cheap and I wanted to get them right. They were to replace old "welly style" boots. Lots of stock.

I am an international customer and shipping and custom is absolutely too expensive and you should do something about it! I will never purchase anything more from you again if you don’t adjust these costs!
