We ordered supplements. Arrived late, we couldn’t reject as courier left the parcel outside . I returned the parcel the same day, but never received any refund in spite of my email. I reported them to my bank as a fraud transaction.
Don’t deal with them.

Cheap excuses
I ordered a psoriasis cream on 14 April with a promised delivery time of one week. Nearly two months later, I had received no product, no refund, and no proper explanation.
After two weeks, the parcel had still not arrived, the tracking number showed no useful information, and the company made no effort to contact me about the delay. I had to chase them myself on 4 May, only to be told that they had opened an investigation with the shipping company.
At that point, the delivery deadline had already been exceeded by a ridiculous amount of time, so I clearly stated that I no longer wanted the product and requested a full refund.
Instead of taking responsibility, they made the process even more difficult. On 11 May, they demanded that I print, sign, scan, and return an affidavit before they would continue investigating a parcel that their own delivery partner had lost. I completed and returned the form on 14 May. Ten days later, I still had no update. I even sent the form again, yet they continued to ignore the issue.
Their investigation appears to be either completely incompetent or deliberately designed to delay refunds. A missing parcel is a problem between the company and its chosen courier. It is not the customer’s responsibility to waste time completing paperwork, repeatedly sending documents, and begging for money to be returned for a product that was never delivered.
They have shown no respect for my time, my money, or my wellbeing. This cream is important for managing my psoriasis and is part of my daily routine. Their negligence and total lack of urgency caused unnecessary stress and made my everyday life more difficult.
The communication has been appalling, the refund process has been obstructive, and the customer service has been utterly unprofessional. They were happy to take my money immediately, but when the order disappeared, they did absolutely nothing to provide a quick and fair resolution.
Nearly two months for an undelivered order is unacceptable. No product, no refund, no meaningful updates, and no accountability.
Avoid this company. They appear incapable of handling deliveries, complaints, or refunds professionally.
