My dog loves her doughnut bed it’s so snuggly & I am delighted with the quality of the product & good swift customer response when I had to return the medium size & replace with large size so she can stretch out

After being messed around previously (see my review) I decided to buy the big Grizzly Bear bed.

Ordered it online and my Lurcher was fast asleep in it 48 hours later!

Brilliant product and service from Scruffs.

Lovely coat for my elderly dog. Had to change my dogs coat as he is elderly and arthritic and getting into his old one is difficult for him now so found this one online. It slides over his neck and does up round his tummy so easy to get on, its thermal too so keeps him warm. You do have to hook the little elastic bits under his back legs to stop the wind blowing the coat up his back but he manages with that ok. All in all a good coat and good value for money.

Reading the petslovescruffs website you will be left thinking that the company sell British made products.
We bought a Scruffs dog bed, which wasn’t cheap, believing their products to be entirely British. Interestingly the label on the bed when it arrived clearly states “Made in China”. PLEASE clearly state the origin of your products on your website instead of providing misleading descriptions.

I was very disappointed to discover that the safety clip was inferior and broke instantly. However, the customer help was first class, and a refund was issued immediately. So very good marks for customer service, less good marks for the quality of the product (pet carrier).

Quality of the product and price . Fast delivery. Have been using your products for many years and they are very durable . Our dog’s favourite!!!

Waiting for an order, they use the worse parcel company going (EVRI) failed delivery twice, (don’t think they have bothered) no card left. And my neighbour always takes it in. And to top it off…….LIVE CHAT. Someone will get back to you in 1 working day 😡😡😡😡, to the reply, thank you for getting back in touch. The live chat was in the day time? So don’t know what happened there.could be an error so I will change it to 3 stars, The bowl itself, got to say 5 stars, great quality. It’s your delivery company EVRI, I’d give customers a choice we prices attached. I’d have paid £1/2 extra for them not to deliver.

Disspointed with our scruffs dog bed, initially seemed lovely and puffy and comfortable but in less than a month the padding in the middle has gone flat and poor old dog might as well just be lying on the carpet, gave it a wash to see if that would liven it up and although it washed well it did nothing to bring it back to life, bit of a waste of money for us

Don't pay for next day delivery, it does not happen and you don't get refunded the additional cost. Other than that, the bed is nice enough.

Great dog bowls.
Look good and did the job well of protecting our dogs long ears from getting wet.
Love the paw motifs on the bowls and inside of the food one, the raised paw print to stop our dog from eating to fast.
They were packed really well and arrived safely in a couple of days.
Good info on delivery progress. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered two items, one of the items - a dog bowl, was smashed when it arrived. I contacted PLS and they remedied it immediately - I am so impressed; no fuss just sent out a replacement by urgent courier so I had it within 2 days. Excellent customer service thank you.

I have 3 Scruffs Hilton/Chateau beds for my 4 dogs. I've just replaced the first, which was well worn after 11 years of daily use by 2 thundering great bullmastiffs & a staffie. So, these beds are good & my dogs love them. BUT. There are some learning points, discovered recently since I bought the 3rd bed, a Chateau, for my elderly staffie earlier this year, which has not been such a happy experience. She has dementia & has started to 'nest' before she sleeps. A minor tear in the cover was easily repaired with iron on tape (BTW the spare covers are fantastic!!!). The 'waterproof' layer was undamaged. But the non-woven fabric underneath that contains the foam crumbs is totally destroyed & we have crumbs escaping everywhere if I take the top cover off. Secondly, I discovered the 'waterproof' layer is anything but when she started peeing on her bed. On its own, water pools on it. But next to other fabrics the pee wicks straight through & once in the memory foam it stinks. So I've got to replace that bed too after just a few months. This could all be resolved by using stronger, properly waterproof fabric to contain the crumbs, & dispensing with the useless so-called 'waterproof' nylon cover. The replacement for the oldest bed arrived today so I'll see how we get on with this before deciding whether to buy Scruffs again.
