Pet Air did a great job
Pet Air did a great job getting our cat from the UK to NZ and managed to minimise delays caused by the war in the middle east. They communicated regularly, gave us lots of information and sent us photos of our cat during his journey.

Friendly team
PetAir did a great job handling our 2 cats, from UK to Aus. The process was a long one but luckily we had great agents taking care of all the paperwork and there for guidance when we asked for help. Big thanks to all the agents involved in Milo and Olives case. They have settled in great and living the life down under! Future advice to anyone thinking on importing cats/dogs. Make sure to do research on what it entails as we encountered a lot of unexpected bills etc but this was not the agencies fault, we are so happy we did it regardless. Just a heads up to anyone in future!

Bringing our cat back to the UK
Throughout the process of bringing our cat back from Antigua, PetAir UK have been outstanding in the help they have given. They provided a comprehensive list of documents that were required to be completed as well as a checking service prior to commencing the journey. Luckily for us they found an error made by the vet which, if our cat had landed in the UK, would have severely delayed her clearance. Not knowing how long she would be in border control we decided to pay for her to be delivered to our home. PetAir phoned and told us when she was cleared and gave an accurate time of her arrival with us.

I used Pet Air to move my dog to Australia. I chose them having researched a few companies and they came out as the best and most suitable and I was absolutely thrilled and impressed with their service.
Moving your dog to Australia is probably one of the most stressful things you can do. It’s a huge flight and move and the paperwork is very complex and requires precision and patience. On top of that my dog was a pug and 9 years old.
Right from my first contact with Pet Air they were friendly helpful and knew what they were doing. They gave me absolute confidence in them. Nothing was too much trouble no questions to trivial or complicated they would always help and always speak or email me.
Me and my dog Bear had a wonderful lady called Emma who helped me every step of the way. She was kind and patient but most of all she cared about my dog.
It was hard to move him but they did the paperwork and helped me with what I needed to do. I literally could not have done it without this company or Emma. When the Iran war broke out and my dogs flight wasn’t able to get to Dubai
Emma was right there from Pet Air helping us find new flights and making sure that my dog arrived safely. Moving a dog such as a pug is difficult but Pet Air helped every step of the way.
I will never be able to thank them enough. I wholeheartedly recommend them. If you need to move your pet then these are the best ones to help you. I would not hesitate to use them again.
They helped with important paperwork,quarantine,medication needs nothing was left.
My dog is settled and happy living his new life in Australia and I couldn’t have done this for him without Emma the most wonderful lady and the company Pet Air that she works for.

Great door to door experience

I can't recommend PatAir highly enough.
I initially tried to arrange for my two cats to move with me to Canada 3 months ago, but a variety of issues with airlines, local vet availability and work commitments prompted me to look for a carrier to organise and do the hard work for me.
After a LOT of research and conversations, I decided PetAir would be my best bet to take care of my cats and I'm very happy that I did.
Lily, Manisha and Chloe helped with every stage of the move, from advising on vaccines and certificates to taking care of the paperwork side of things, answering all my questions in a knowledgeable, professional and reassuring way and obviously the travel itself.
My cats are now settling in nicely and the only thing I'd change about the whole process is getting in touch with PetAir sooner.

PetAir helped me get my dog from UK to Canada - Emma and Sarah were the most helpful!! It was a long process for me gathering all the information and Emma was so helpful answering all my many questions! Would definitely recommend to anyone shipping their fur baby overseas. They send photo updates every step of the way from collection to drop off at the airport. My Layla arrived happy and safe!

Throughout the entire process of…
Throughout the entire process of getting my 2 chocolate Labradors from the UK to Australia, Liz from Pet Air was incredible. She ensured that our dogs safety and wellbeing was put first each step of the way, she kept us in the loop throughout any changes that happened and gave us detailed instructions/information during the whole process.
Rosie & Michelle updated me through the Caretags app with photos of my dogs resting and playing happily, which put my mind at ease. I put all my trust into Pet Air and I am so glad that I did, as our dogs are now safely with us in Australia and are very happy.

Sent my two English springer winston and lizzy to Toronto canada on the premium package everything went well they were even brilliant over waiting for the Rabies paperwork to come through the chap who picked them up was nice and helpful the kennels at Windsor were brilliant and sent us nice pictures too we also got the right address for picking them up at air canada and Canadian customs they arrived in fine condition after a few hours of rest and sleep they were fine unlike me its hard trusting your pets to strangers but I would have no hesitation in using petair again

Pretty good, would use again
The setup and care taken of the dogs was fantastic. I especially want to thank Siobhan who answered endless questions and took such good care of our dogs.
The only thing that could have been better was the pickup instructions as it was a huge faff with the ground staff at Cyprus and we didn’t know that we needed to call the vet ourselves when we landed which resulted in the dogs being in the cages for 2 hours longer than needed which was quite stressful.

We completely understand how important a smooth and clear pickup experience is, especially after a long journey for both you and your pets. Arrival procedures are handled by local teams, and whilst we do recommend using an agent on arrival to help guide and support the process, we understand that this isn’t always the option our customers choose.
That said, your feedback about the pickup instructions and communication is incredibly valuable. We can see how not knowing to contact the vet directly may have caused unnecessary delays, and we’ll be reviewing how we present this information to make it clearer for future journeys.

Great experience
I flew my dog with petair from the UK to Denmark using their premium service. Petair were great, in the middle of a stressful move we didn’t want to have to worry and they made the process as smooth as it could have been. They also arranged customs for our dog once he arrived. I would absolutely use them again, thank you PetAir for getting our boy here safely!

Great Care and Service with Minor Tracking Issue
PetAir were fantastic throughout Kane’s journey, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive, which made a stressful process much easier.
Kane was clearly well looked after and transported safely, which was the most important thing for us.
The only downside was that the tracking tag stopped working after drop-off, or was not scanned at any point in the process of transport, which meant I had no visibility on his journey after PetAir had dropped him off. This did cause some panic, and I ended up having to chase down the air hostess and pilot for confirmation that he had actually boarded.
Aside from that issue, it was a really positive experience overall and I’d still highly recommend them.
Our family is now complete again in the US, as we begin our new adventure.
Kanes certainly living his best life now.
