I have purchased a personalised frame and I have not received a confirmation email. The delivery is 2-3 days it’s been 5 days now so as I don’t have a confirmation email and no reference or anything I cannot even check it! I have no idea if I’ll ever receive my order. The thing is that the money was immediately deducted from my account???

Although I only ordered a photo album 2 days before I emailed them to ask if they had a delivery date as it was for a present. I had a reply within the hour and was told it had been despatched , however it arrived that day and I was thrilled with it , good quality personalised album and excellent customer service.

Purchased a personalised cushion as a birthday gift to go along with a chair that I brought already . Very happy , good quality ,came quickly and great value . The gold name really ‘pops’ against the black . Made a special birthday gift extra special . Thank you

Great product quality, got delivered within a week. Although there was no confirmation email and the confirmation page had an error on the personalization, a quick email to customer service acknowledged the error and fixed it. Overall very happy.

Great personalised keepsake for my step daughter who has graduated.
Easy to order, reasonably priced and quick dispatch. The only downside is I did not have any tracking information so had no idea when it was dispatched or delivered. Would recommend

Absolute joke I placed my order on sunday 19th July and I have had no follow up email since.
God knows if it’s coming or even when. Have contacted customer service and haven’t even heard back. Was my 1st time ordering with these and I will never again.

I would rate them negative stars if I could! I placed an order on 7th July and not only has it not arrived, every email I send I receive one back saying they will get back to me in two days and I hear nothing! Do not use them.

I am extremely disappointed with the communication and service I have received. I ordered a personalised memory box more than a week ago and have not had any confirmation or information regarding my order. The money was taken from my account immediately despite having no confirmation. I have tried to contact the customer services team several times and have received nothing back other than to check my junk/spam. This was a very personal gift for a child in my school who has recently lost a parent. I am very upset with the experience I have had and will not be using this website again. I have still not received the item or had any communication regarding my order (I don’t even know if it has been confirmed!) What a shame when I can see that others have had a completely different experience. Now, I will have to do a home visit without this gift. I will expect a follow up to this review and the several emails I have sent. As a paying customer, I would have expected at least a confirmation email or some information as to whether or not my order is out for delivery. If I had known I would have this awful experience, I would have used a more trusted website.

I purchased two personalised Teapot Clocks for my friends who had recently retired. Both friends loved their presents and were delighted by their individuality. Lots of choice, great ideas and attractive prices make this company highly recommended.

I ordered a keyring for my daughter's birthday. Still hadn't received after 3 weeks. Emailed customer service. Had a reply but not a very nice tone to the email. After 3 emails it turned out that it was my fault for not paying more for postage! They wanted me to contact my local sorting office to see where the item was. Not once did she apologise and offer any helpful or consoling advice. I know it's not their fault, royal mail is having issues, but an obligatory "we are very sorry and we will try and sort it out, just wait a few more days" etc goes a long way to placating stressed customers!
I eventually got the item today and it is beautiful, but I am loathe to use them again because their customer service is severely lacking in every way.

Ordered a personalised glass item from here and it was amazing! I only ordered on Sunday and expected to wait 5-8 working days to recieve it but it came within 4 working days. Super fast delivery and very easy to use. Item was exactly how it was described. Happy customer. Only downside is you have no idea when delivery will happen.
