My Rolex is coming up to 25 years old next month. It has been serviced every 5 years. As a former section leader of the now closed, school of Horology in Manchester, in the past I was able to sort this myself. The School was allowed to deliver the elite Swiss WOSTEP training course. Alex Photi is a graduate of that course.
Following my retirement in 2019, the next service might have been an issue. I found Perpetual Time’s workshop in Liverpool and contacted Alex. He was able to assure me that he could supply genuine Rolex materials to service my watch. I posted the watch to Liverpool and received an acknowledgement and estimate as to the cost of repair. The original case crown, glass and seals needed to be replaced and I accepted that these would be expensive and possibly delay the return of the watch.
The watch has now been returned, case refinished and the watch performing well within Rolex Chronometer specifications and warranted for 2 years. Expect

I've owned my Rolex submariner for 26 years and without a service in all that time it decided to stop working. After searching for someone reputable to service and repair it I came across perpetual-time.com. After a phone call and an email with pictures of my watch I dropped it off with Alexandros from perpetual-time.com in Liverpool.
After repairing and servicing the watch it now looks like a brand new rolex again.

Alex came recommended from a friend. I sent my Rolex Yachtmaster to him for a service and polish, including a repair and full bezel restoration.

Sending my watch via his postage suggestion was really easy. It took around 8 weeks and Alex kept me updated on the work being undertaken.

I can not thank Alex enough for fixing my Rolex. It was a 40th birthday present, so I was absolutely gutted to find it had stopped working due to water damage because I hadn’t tightened the crown enough so it was absolutely a mistake on my part.
Unfortunately the water damage had lead to the Rolex corroding inside so I was so upset that the mechanisms inside were so badly corroded, the whole lot needed to be replaced with brand new Rolex parts.
Alex rebuilt the whole mechanism inside and replaced the dial for an amazing price. I am over the moon with price and the professional service and communication along the way.

I was recommended by a local jeweller to use Perpetual. My Rolex watch whilst in working order did tend to lose time a little. This has now been remedied and the whole watch is gleaming.

I recently sent Alexandros two of my watches, an Explorer and a Sinn, both in need of TLC. The service is first class from start to finish, from the video on how to send your watch to great communication at every step. Both watches have come back looking great and at a very reasonable price considering the expertise and professionalism of Perpetual Time and Alexandros.I will definitely be using Alexandros again when my other watches need servicing, the Tudor BB 58 will be due soon!

Needed a full repair service on my Tag Heuer Link watch, which had ceased working following a heavy fall and which was also showing clear signs of wear and tear. I contacted Perpetual Time for a quote which was comprehensive and competitive so I advised I wished to proceed and received very clear instructions on how to forward the watch together with an indication of timescales for the work. The repair and refurbishment was completed well within the expected timescale, notification of completion advised a simple payment process and return details.
