After researching similar companies I placed an order and was and am very pleased with the responsiveness and the quality of the product. I will re- order and recommend to anyone that could use the added marketing push that branded pens provide.

Great pens, we order regularly and service is always fast and good quality.

Although the pens came rather quickly and were affordable, the quality was pretty poor. I should of researched better. Most of the pens didn't want to work when I took them out of the box. The ones that were better, I gave as gifts and they stopped working for the employee shortly after.
Poor quality at a cheep price.

I have ordered pens multiple times and different types. They are nice and good quality. Our company uses them in the office and for marketing. The pens have always been delivered much faster than expected.

I am not happy with the pens I ordered. it would not let me chose a different font than what was offered. It said the font was the most ledge able. The font is small and my companies name or web site does NOT stand out the way it should. I will not reorder this pen again!

These pens were much better than I expected. They were on clearance so I was unsure of what to expect for their quality. I was extremely surprised at how beautifully they write. The custom text looks great also. I .ca t wait to include these in the hotel welcome bags for our out-of-town wedding guests!

I'm very pleased with our pens.

I wait tables, and my boss is constantly asking for her pens back. (I bring my own, but sometimes end up with 'hers' in my pocket.) I was looking for some inexpensive pens to say the business name, and phone number, then a joke tagline "Give me back MY pen!". I found it at PensXpress! Nicely made product, with personal info, made very quickly! I did have some problems with shipping, as they don't deliver to a PO Box, and had to reship my order, so make sure you ask who the shipping provider is!

I have ordered the same pens over and over again for two years now and have not been disappointed. Very nice pens, very good pricing. Phone service must be very busy though. Sometimes you cannot get through to talk to anyone.
