Positive reviews are almost certainly fake.
There is about a 2% chance that the positive reviews on this company are real. Probably less than that.
Horrendous customer service. Enormous wait times for a response. Service charges jacked up yearly for things that are irrelevant or do not get done. A yearly "stationary charge" when everything is on email/online is just one comical example.
There are extra charges for cleaning which is never done. Gardening which is never done. All purely done as a way to extract as much money as possible from people in the building while providing the bare minimum of service.
But the most egregious is the response times to any matter. Emails go ignored for weeks. Calls not returned.
If you are a building owner looking for a firm to use and you actually care: look elsewhere.
If you are a flat owner/tenant and you get told you are being pulled into service with this mob: complain as hard as you can and push for someone else.
Just awful.

Pembroke Management Company is one of…
Pembroke Management Company is one of the most corrupt and dishonest companies I have dealt with in my 16 years in business.
During their time managing the property, they were charging service fees of around £5,500 annually. After their contract ended and a new company took over, the annual charges dropped to around £2,000 — which says everything.
Very bad experience overall. The staff were dishonest, communication was poor, and the charges felt like daylight robbery.
I would strongly advise anyone to think carefully before signing any contract with this company, as you may seriously regret it.

While it took a while to initiate, once I called the team, Kim was incredibly helpful and really responsive, managing the process on same day.
