Pecksniff
I love Pecksniff products and was disappointed when the pump to my hand cream dispenser broke. I contacted their Customer Services who were brilliant. A new pump arrived the following day. Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Such lovely emails sent as well to inform me a new pump was on its way.
So great to find such wonderful service.
Thank you Pecksniff.

Quick and easy to order and excellent Customer Service if you have any questions. I absolutely love the detox range - makes my house smell lovely! There is rather a lot of packaging otherwise I would have rated 5 stars!

Thank you for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoy the Detox range and that our customer service was helpful. We appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging - we use extra packaging to help protect our products during transit, as we know parcels can sometimes be handled roughly by couriers. Your input is really valuable, and we’ll continue to review ways to balance protection with sustainability.

Poor customer service
Order arrived promptly. Noticed spray bottle neck not level but the spray worked then 2 days later the whole spray mechanism came off spilling the contents. Sent 2 emails to customer service but no response from them . Very disappointing.

Hello Angela. This is Pecksniff's Senior Management here. I have checked all communications within the Customer Service email and unfortunately no email was ever received from yourself. I have viewed your case history through the website communications and see that you were sent a replacement product on the 20th August. I hope this has been resolved to your satisfaction.
