We are very sorry to hear about your experience with one of our candles and sincerely apologise for the concern and distress this incident may have caused.

We take all matters relating to product safety extremely seriously. We have not received any direct correspondence from you regarding this incident and would very much appreciate the opportunity to investigate further.

As with all candles, it is essential that the safety and burning instructions provided on the product label are carefully followed. Failure to follow these instructions can cause the glass vessel to overheat, potentially resulting in cracking or breakage. However, we would not wish to speculate on the cause of this incident without first carrying out a thorough investigation.

Could you please contact our Customer Services team at customer.service@pecksniffs.com, providing the following details:

- The name and fragrance of the candle (candle variant).
- The batch code, if available.
- Where and when the candle was purchased.
- Photographs of the candle.

We would also be grateful if you could confirm whether you have retained the broken glass. If so, we would like to arrange collection so that these can be passed to our Quality Assurance team for further examination and investigation.

Dear Customer,

We are sincerely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your perfume and liquid soap purchase. We understand your frustration, especially as you had previously purchased the same perfume and experienced a much stronger scent that lasted significantly longer.

We were concerned to read that the fragrance seemed much weaker than expected and that it faded after only a few minutes. We have had no communication from you regarding this issue, and we would have genuinely loved the opportunity to discuss this with you and work towards resolving the problem.
