Customer service non existent. Good luck getting your issues fixed. My payment method couldn’t be updated. Getting error all the time “something went wrong”. Reported this issue many times over two years. Nothing was done to fix it. I called Customer service to update my payment method and I was assured all updated. Two weeks later payment taken out of my old card. PayBright run by incompetent liars. They would do anything to clock their time. You door knob more useful than the clowns at PayBright / Affirm

I purchased a car part from t.dot…
I purchased a car part from t.dot performance and it didn't fit. They took forever to return. It's been five months and pay bright is still trying to take money from me. I've called three times and emailed around 10 times. Do not get involved I honestly believe they are fraudulent and scammers and share your information.

Paybright very Slow, Inaction!!!
I ordered a shoe from Footlocker on June 8, 2023 thru Paybright. In my order, Footlocker didn't send me a confirmation order, so what I did I reordered it again. The following day later, Footlocker emailed me a cancellation order due to out of stock. On June 8 Paybright deducted two 1st payments in the amount of CA$53.39 and 47.46, and returned it on June 14 & 15, 2023 respectively. I thought everything was fine, but on July 7, I checked my debit card for a different transaction, and luckily discovered Paybright deducted me CA53.39, I immediately contacted them and subsequently thereafter and promised to resolve but still deducted me on my 3rd installment just yesterday, August 04, 2023. I emailed and called their customer service since July but only responded me once and my subsequent emails not replying anymore with my questions. I also contacted my bank yesterday August 04, 2023 and my bank and I filed a dispute which would take 30 calendar days response and by that time Paybright might get my last and 4th payment. In two weeks time $213.56 will be deducted from my debit card with the item I didn't receive. Was it fair? Why it took them soo long to resolve this simple matter? Where did the money go, to Paybright or Footlocker account? I emailed them this question and they don't answer me.

Makes it easier to Purchase
While it is convenient and works as far as payments go. I had quite a bit of trouble finding my original loan amount or even checking into an account for that matter. Issue has been resolved. Just bought my second phone through them.

Be very careful with this company . They are a very confusing company . I purchaced a Samsung phone they offered monthly payments with out intrest . That was perfect . Also samsung offered a trade in discount which i applied for . Due to my own stupidity i forgot to get the phone sent to samsung in time . All of a suddend a charge came out out of my bank account . For over three hundread dollars with out warning . The debit was from Paybright .
When i inquired about it twith paybright all they do is wash their hands and tell me to ask Samsung about it . But Samsung wasnt the one going in my account they were . After a few more emails i tried to pay the chatge but went to the account i had for my monthly payments . The 3hundread plus $ was applied but the charge still was being tried to be taken from my account .again i emailed paybright to get this answer . I ACTUALLY HAVE TWO LOAD AGREMENTS WITH THEM . now the probem i have is i only authroized one loan . Who authrozided the second with out my concent . They wont provide anyresponces towards this i anyone has an idea of my nextstep please advise me .

Très mauvaise expérience! J'ai effectué un achat il y a 8 jours et je ne suis toujours pas en mesure d'en prendre possession à cause d'un message de sécurité. J'ai appelé le service à la clientèle et la réponse était je vais avoir un retour via courriel dans 24 à maximum 48h pour résoudre le problème! J'appelle à tous les deux jours pour me faire dire qu'ils ont envoyé ma requête en urgence au service technique et toujours rien après 5 appels. Les gens au service à la clientèle sont très gentil, mais ne peuvent aider. C'est la dernière fois que je fais affaire avec Paybright.
