I purchased one of her programs with the understanding that I would have lifetime access to all videos and digital products (lifetime access was advertised!). Mind you, I spent more than €400.
A couple of months ago I wanted to rewatch some of her videos but she had taken the program down. I contacted her customer service several times but didn't get a response.
After 4 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone, I messaged her on Instagram. She finally replied, but very rudely. Without acknowledging anything I had said, she tried to sell me her new program—for another €400.
She doesn't care about her customers in the slightest; she just wants your money. Also worth mentioning: Completing her program the first time didn't get me any results.

As I said, I reached out a couple of times but at no point was my access restored. I just got a rude answer and a request to purchase the new program. Seems like others got a different treatment.
Also no, I was not unsubscribed, but whatever mail you're referring to didn't reach me.
And side note, I don't think your other client would like it that you're throwing her name out here.

For anyone reading this, I do not recommend purchasing programs from paulinaxenia, but I guess decide on your own if you really want to deal with this.

I purchased Paulina Xenia’s Change your specific person hypnosis program about a year ago. Despite following it exactly as instructed for months, nothing changed. The program makes bold claims, that you can manifest your specific person no matter the circumstance, but in my experience, these promises are completely unrealistic.

After reaching out to Paulina for support or even acknowledgment, I received no response. There’s no genuine customer service, no follow-up, and no accountability. Once she gets your money, that’s the end of the communication.

The success stories on her website appear heavily curated and sound more like marketing than real, verifiable results. I now believe most of the glowing testimonials are likely cherry picked or from people close to her.

If you’re feeling heartbroken or desperate and hoping her hypnosis audios will change another person, please don’t waste your time or money. They won’t. No one can sell you control over someone else’s choices. Hypnosis can change you, but it’s not a guarantee someone will show up no matter how many limiting beliefs you shift.

This experience taught me to be more cautious of manifestation gurus and con artists who prey on vulnerable people with grand promises. Spend your energy on healing yourself and finding real support, not on overpriced hypnosis files that deliver nothing.
