Thanks to Richard and Chris for the quick work on my heating system after being let down by the insurance cover I have in place - the insurers said I need to have it fixed privately! Don't think I will bother to have insurance cover in the future as it's not worth it. Contacted Paul Benham Heating- Richard came to look at the problem and inform us of what needs to be done. Very honest and transparent pricing too.
They are both nice and friendly professionals, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Richard arrived on time at very short notice to check the cause of our boiler not working on probably the coldest day of the year! Thoroughly checked and diagnosed the problem, fixed and left with full heat and hot water working. Excellent service and good value, will certainly use again.

Richard services both our home boiler and the boiler in a rental property that we have. The work he does for us is always done in a neat and tidy fashion and he comes when he says he will. He also does the annual gas safety certificate for the rental with no extra charge.

I can’t fault this Company. They helped me out when I was on holiday due to an issue I had after a water mains fail. I had a leak in my home which was fixed promptly. We decided to ask them to replace three radiators in our home several months later. The work was completed in a very thorough method and we were happy with the work.

Richard was with us all week and installed a new boiler and got our half finished underfloor heating to work. This was a tricky job, with a few unknowns, but we trusted Richard throughout the whole process and he did not let us down. We will be using him for the next phase of our renovations.

Richard and Chris installed a new boiler, pump and values. They removed the old boiler and did a power flush to clean the system. They were very diligent on this part of the process as our former boiler engineer had not maintained things correctly. The install and commissioning of the boiler went very smoothly and they were extremely courteous and professional during their time here. As part of the commissioning they rebalanced all the radiators, and checked the water tank was functioning correctly. Again they were extremely diligent and did not cut corners. After the installation Richard helped resolve ongoing issues with our Hive and took time to answer all my questions about the temperature settings on the boiler and radiator TRVs. Great service and very knowledgeable.

Richard has done a great job recently fixing our worcester bosch boiler. He is always on time, gets on and fixed the boiler quickly and expertly. Also sensibly priced which is great these days and an added bonus.

Just had our annual boiler service carried out by Richard, who installed the system many years ago. The service we got from this company on the install and subsequent annual services has been first class. They arrive on time, do an excellent job with no mess and charge a fair rate.
