Craig and Simon sustained great communication links with my Volvo V90 PX against their BMW 330e. This was important, as my car was in East Sussex and Prestige in N Yorkshire. The px cash balance was fair for me to pay and mutually agreed.
The BMW was delivered on time by a highly professional colleague with the car in perfect condition,he then inspected and test drove the Volvo.
Regrettably he identified damage to the n/s sill,
Which being well over 6ft tall I had failed to see; however, I was willing to pay an agreed cash restitution - as it was entirely my error.
To summarise, this dealer is exemplary in every aspect and so recommended without exception.

Bought a Q5 recently, great experience from start to finish, although the cheapest car on the lot it still got 1st class prep, nothing was an issue, the communication with Jack was effortless he always kept me in the loop of where the car was in regards to prep for collection, would definitely use Parker Prestige again

Recently purchased a BMW X3 from Parker Prestige in Richmond, North Yorkshire with the help and assistance from Jack.

I honestly don’t enjoy buying cars — you know that feeling when you walk into a dealership and your heart sinks because you know you’re going to get the typical car salesman treatment? I didn’t get that at all with Jack. This garage is different. This is how buying a car should be.

The whole experience was pleasurable and completely at my own pace. There was absolutely no pressure, Jack answered all my questions and was genuinely lovely from start to finish. He didn’t feel like a typical car salesman at all, which made such a difference.

I’m really happy with my car, and I honestly think the car industry could learn a lot from this garage about how to treat customers. It’s refreshing to be treated like a person rather than just a sale. I would definitely purchase here again.

I’d also definitely recommend Jack to anyone who wants a relaxed, straightforward and completely pressure-free car-buying experience.

I was determined to buy my next car from a main dealer, but I am so pleased that I found Parker Prestige instead. The car was a peach and the preparation done by Parker Prestige was exceptional. The car was presented beautifully. We dealt with Tony Charlton throughout. He was the reason we were tempted away from the main dealer. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. More importantly he is a man of integrity and honestly selling great cars. We could not have been more pleased with the whole experience from start to finish including being collected from the station having undertaken a 600 mile round trip to collect our new car in good faith. It was everything we were hoping it was and there were no surprises and no tricks. This is how buying a luxury car should be, but is far from the norm in my experience. Dealing with parkers was enjoyable from start to finish. They were not pushy just left me and my daughter to look round the car at our own pace . We having a paticularly bad day having run out of electric on our jaguar ipace (silly mistake I know)
The car was stranded at scotch corner.
We managed to get back home to richmond and visited many of the garages on the estate but none were willing to send anybody the 4 mile to help.
Finally we called in to Parker prestige and met the lovely Clare who I can honestly say could not have been more helpful in our hour of need, the two technicians dan and lewis who came to our rescue had the car up and running in no time.
Since then we had the car mot done with them and a more recent problem with the suspension sorted and back with us within a day.
Its so nice in this day and age to see a garage with such a helpful and personal approach and not just out to take as much money off you as they can.

Excellent service, everything explained, no issues and speedy sale, just what you need to purchase a car..

Found a vehicle online that matched my needs and had a great experience with the salesman Tony who shared all information requested promptly. Got train down from Scotland (Tony kindly picked me up from the station), car was well prepped and test drive was all good. No pressure sales and genuinely nice person.

There was an issue with the satnav headunit post-sale and I can't recommend Parker Prestige's response, and specifically Clair's service, highly enough. She arranged and booked it in to be fixed at my local main dealer at Parker's cost. This required new parts at significant expense - most other independent dealerships (and some main!) that I've had experience of would not have gone to these lengths and carried the cost involved to resolve for a customer.

Based on this experience, I would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle from Parker Prestige again - indeed I will likely look here first.

Brilliant Garage, we found our dream car online and called them up to reserve the car, the process was fast and easy from start to finish and Craig was helpful, we then made the 500 mile round trip to pick up the car which was beautiful and in the condition stated, all the staff were helpful and friendly. Just recently bought my BMW X3 from Parker Prestige. It is my second time dealing with Craig who was terrific and made the whole sale so simple. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back a third time.

Bought a Mercedes EQS from Craig at Parker Prestige in July 2026. The entire experience was enjoyable and professional from start to finish. At no point was there any pressure put on, we had a very good test drive and then went away to think about the car, calling them back to confirm the purchase next day and collection a few days later. We had a slight issue after the sale, finding that the previous owner was still registered on the MBUX system when I tried to connect to it, and Craig resolved it by calling him up and getting him to do what was necessary.

Great experience dealing with Parker prestige. Very impressive set up they’ve got going on there in Richmond. Dealing with Craig, was a pleasure he’s well informed and dealt with any questions I had with great professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
