I’m absolutely thrilled with my bathroom vanity! It has completely elevated the look of my bathroom and is easily one of my favourite features in the room.
The quality is beautiful, from the ribbed detailing on the drawers and the gorgeous dark wood finish to the super white Carrara marble top and ogee edge. I also love all the little details which make it feel really considered and luxurious.
It’s such a statement piece and feels incredibly well made. I couldn’t be happier with how it has turned out, and I know it’s something I’ll love for years to come!
The team were also so friendly and helpful throughout the process, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely buy from Parker Howley again!

Excellent experience with all members of PH team
My whole experience from my initial call to Richard to delivery of my bespoke bathroom vanity unit has been made so incredible. All members of staff who I’ve interacted with are very professional and considerate. We’ve had so many delays on our project and I’ve been worried every time I’ve had to ask for a delay on production and delivery but I actually had nothing to worry about because Parker Howley have been accommodating all the way. Even the delivery driver helped and advised the guys on the best way to get it upstairs. My plumbers have not been able to install it yet but when they do I will be sending photos through to Parker Howley so they can see how wonderful it looks installed.

Unprofessional delivery
Feedback on delivery service only:
Delivered by a man driving with a broken arm who then ignored instructions, drove down a private road, trespassed onto my property and drove over my lawn while turning to leave...
Very unprofessional service
Note, I an a neighbour of the customer so cannot comment on the goods or the rest of the service provided.

Hi Catherine,
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that you have not placed an order with us, and the delivery in question was made to a neighbouring customer.
Due to an immediate family sudden bereavement, our regular driver was unavailable on Friday. Rather than cancel our customers’ deliveries, we arranged an agency driver. We were assured by the agency that the driver was cleared to drive.
That said, we have raised the matter with the agency regarding the concerns about the delivery and the vehicle being driven over the lawn. This is not the level of professionalism we expect from anyone representing our business.
We do feel that leaving a 1-star review for a business you have not ordered from is unfair and uncalled for, and we would welcome you getting in touch with us directly so we can discuss this properly.
If there has been any damage caused to the lawn, please send us clear photographs of the damage and we will cover the reasonable cost of repair.
Kind Regards,
Parker Howley & Co

Beautiful kitchen island
We have just received the most beautiful kitchen island from the most professional, patient and loveliest of companies I have ever dealt with. Joe and Lucy always answered any queries promptly and clearly, and calmed any worries buying such a large piece unseen. They even sent video updates of it being built and painted.. the exact colour match. Delivery by Simon was outstanding.. he is so accommodating and calming. The finished island looks absolutely perfect in my kitchen and I would have no hesitation at all recommending this unique Yorkshire company. Their workmanship is exceptional.

Awesome bespoke kitchen island
My experience with Parker Howley was exceptional. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen. Joe helped put it all in motion. He was great at liaising with my counter top manufacturer to explain what it was I was trying to make happen (you can tell I'm no linguist). Simon, my delivery person, was strong, patient and thoughtful with regards to manoeuvring the island into the kitchen with no bumps or scrapes. Thank you to the team, a great experience from start to finish.

Parker Howley are very professional. Loved how much they kept in contact and they worked with us when we weren’t able to provide all the info they needed immediately The vanity we ordered is absolutely stunning. It transformed the bathroom. I can be fussy but I am so pleased with The wood stain, it’s perfect. Worth every penny. I will describe it as QUALITY.

They brought the kitchen island of our dreams to life, I really have no complaints, only praise. We moved to a new house with a big kitchen that was missing something! Parker and Howley managed to help us complete it by making us a lovely, custom kitchen island that matches our current kitchen but also stands out on its own. It's already received so many compliments from guests!
The customer service is lovely, communicative and always kept us up to date regarding the process, from design to final outcome. Very understanding of our wishes and design needs as well. We are very happy and wholeheartedly recommend them!

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish - customer service, the product and all the way through to the highly professional delivery. Faultless.
Every email was answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a paint preference that was not on the standard list and it was done without hesitation. Our fantastic new kitchen island arrived at the promised date and time, with the same levels of courtesy and professionalism we had experienced from the very start.
Highly recommended.

I can not praise the team at Parker & Howley highly enough for their craftmanship and quality of product. Our project involved over 20 items which were all delivered on schedule, without flaws. The design team worked quickly and in a creative flexible way to deliver an end-result that has been impressing all that have seen the work now installed. All of this at a reasonable price too.

Parker & Howley Italian Collection Vanity Unit gives our bathroom the wow factor
Parker and Howley are a lovely, friendly and helpful company to deal with. Our plumber had a couple of queries which were raised with Joe who was able to provide immediate help. The product is solid, quality traditional workmanship. I believe our vanity unit will last for ever whilst continuing to look stylish and beautiful. We spent ages looking at units before settling on the unit from Parker Howley. We are fortunate to live locally & on our first visit we were given a tour of the workshop. Quality and care were evident. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions.
We chose to have the unit painted in Little Greene paint and for very little extra the company painted wardrobe doors to match.
Delivery was as stated and on time.
The staff we dealt with were helpful and very patient.
We are delighted with the unit and it definitely has the wow factor.
We have no hesitation in recommending Parker Howley .
