MASA Sleep Anmeldelser

This is the second mattress I have purchased from Masasleep and the service from start to finish is second to none. We were renovating bedrooms so asked for a specific date for delivery to tie in with other deliveries and work. They arranged this without hesitation and true to there word it arrived on the agreed date. I had emails confirming this throughout. The mattress are very well made and exactly as described. It’s difficult to say what is comfortable as everyone likes something different, but for me the medium firm is perfect. As they have a wide range of different weights I would be surprised if something couldn’t be made to suit everyone’s needs. I would highly recommend a mattress from Masasleep.

Love the mattress provided. Perfect for us couple. They understood our requirements to point. Quality products.

Reading the advice on choosing a mattress and having a question answered. Receiving a phone call to arrange delivery as I couldn't be in on the day offered. Would recommend Masa Sleep, good advice and great product.

After sleeping well for a few weeks on my Aura Refresh single mattress I am adding this to my review - it is definitely the best mattress I have ever slept on. I used to go for firm support but I chose medium soft after reading Masa's advice, so glad i did.

Ash at masa sleep and customer service had gone above and beyond from begining to recieving matteress and would highly recommend dealing with this company we're so happy with goods kind regards

I recently purchased a mattress from MASA Sleep and while the product quality is decent, there are a few drawbacks. The customer service is excellent—responsive and helpful throughout the process, even offering thoughtful touches like a topper. However, the 14-day trial period feels too short, as the mattress took longer to break in and was quite firm initially. That said, it’s become comfortable over time and delivers good support now. Overall, a mixed experience but decent value for money. 3 stars.

Customer service was second to none! The company did everything they could to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible, and even generously provided a topper. My only feedback would be to have a longer sleep trial period, as the mattresses can take a while to break in and adjust to. It was still very firm after the 14 day window. The mattress is excellent now after giving it a bit longer to settle in.

I recently purchased the Origins Lux Elevate mattress and it exceeded my expectations. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It's the best mattress I've owned, especially considering the affordable price point.

I was throughly impressed by the company's items service. They were responsive, helpful and made the entire purchasing process effortless answering all my queries in choosing the mattress. Highly recommended MASA Sleep will be using them for any other purchases.

Very good service up to now.
Had good communications regarding choice of mattress/suitability, and plenty of emails/text messages regarding delivery.

10/10 could not have been more helpful. 3rd time using this company and would use time and time again.

The best aftercare and product.
Don’t look anywhere else.

Recently bought and the mattress is very comfortable, supportive and the right firmness for me. Very good price, professional and quick delivery. Would definitely recommend and will be buying any future mattresses from them without a doubt!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Mattress is exactly what we wanted and has helped relieve my back pain. Would recommend Masa sleep to everyone and is now my go to place for mattresses

Excellent mattress very well made. Had a lot of issues with aches and pains but these have thankfully reduced substantially. Was initially bought for the guest room but having used it, is much better than my current mattress. Heavy and well made thankfully delivered to bedroom. Was kept informed of everything which was good. Very very good value for money would highly recommend.
