I've bought from many art/antique dealers and auction houses before, but Parino genuinely had the best service and most seamless buying process I've ever experienced. They were extremely responsive to emails and questions, Umberto even did some extra research for me, and then they handled both the export license and shipping to the US very efficiently. The painting I bought arrived safely with high-quality packaging and its real-life appearance matched their website photos perfectly. Their service and professionalism are truly top-notch, and even their prices are very fair for the unique items they sell. I'm certain I'll buy from Parino again, and I'd recommend them wholeheartedly. The Parino team really *earns* your trust and business.

Per la prima volta ho acquistato un oggetto visto sul sito di "Parino Mercato Antiquario". Il servizio è stato impeccabile a partire dalla rispondenza del prodotto offerto con quello ricevuto. Considerando le distanze e l'invio dell'oggetto (un quadro) tramite vettore ho molto apprezzato anche la cura del relativo confezionamento protettivo.

Habe zwei Gemälde und ein Relief erworben. Bin von der Qualität der Exponate begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit Umberto war überaus freundlich und kompetent. Die Kunstwerke wurden in aufwendigen Holzkisten unbeschädigt angeliefert. Den Service kann man nur als erstklassig und professionell bezeichnen. Herzlichen Dank - gerne wieder!

Todo el proceso funcionó perfectamente, desde la amable y rápida atención inicial, al realizar el pedido, hasta la coordinación del transporte de Italia a Barcelona. El mueble llegó muy bien embalado, para tener una protección total, y estaba tal cual esperábamos según las fotografías y comentarios de la web. Muy contentos con el trato y la gestión. Ich kann Parino jedem der Antiquitäten, Möbel usw. liebt, aus ganzem Herzen empfehlen!
Kundenservice und Kommunikation funktionierten einwandfrei, auch nach der Lieferung wurde sich erkundigt ob alles zur Zufriedenheit geklappt hat. Die Möbel wurden in einer extra angefertigten Holztruhe, gut gesichert angeliefert. Die Kleinteile wie Schlüssel und Schrauben, sowie ein Zertifikat mit Bild wurden in einem Kuvert mitgeliefert.
Den beiden zuvorzukommenden Zustellern der Spedition Schenker bin ich sehr dankbar das sie mir das riesige Paket bis vor die Wohnungstür gebracht haben, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist!

Mich hat Parino auf jeden Fall als sehr zufriedene Kundin gewonnen.
