Brilliant service
Robin was patient and understanding from outset. Answered any questions I had without any trouble. As we are newbies to cruises and trips like this it was nice to have it explained to us. Just hoping to have Aberdeen flights confirmed instead of Edinburgh but overall highly recommend. Can't wait

Excellent service 👌
I contacted paramount cruises about a deal I had seen with Virgin Voyages, I received a quote which was slightly more than I had been quoted from another company. Paramount cruises beat the quote and also added sailor loot on for me. Caitlin was fantastic with the service and information she provided. I have never booked with paramount before but I definitely will going forward. Outstanding service from Caitlin. 5⭐ 👌👌👌👌

First time using Paramount Cruises and…
First time using Paramount Cruises and booking. So far so good. I booked with agent Robin Jones who was very good in answering all my queries and looking for this trip on a room on the ship that I was looking at rather than the one allocated. Given the price, if all things go to plan it should be a great trip for mine and my husbands 25th wedding anniversary.

Exceptional customer service and knowledge
First time of using this Cruise company, and it was an exceptional experience. Saw an advert for a particular trip we wanted to do and got a quotation back straight away. It was very competitive and exactly what we wanted to do. Robin Jones, the consultant, rang me today and was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. Answered all my questions in a professional manner so we booked it without question. Definitely would recommend this company to book all your future cruises with. We certainly will use them again, and hopefully will be dealing with Robin again.
