From start to finish my experience with Paramount Cruise was made enjoyable with the expertise of Tina Conlan, who made the process of booking my 2027 Monaco Grand Prix Luxury Cruise very simple. Tina, with her relaxed manner, guided me through the many options on offer and answered all my many question fully. Never pushy as often people can be, Tina produced the ideal solution for which will be my trip of a lifetime. I made a cruise booking by phone with Robin. Found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. All details were covered efficiently and I received the booking information via e-mail while still on the phone.
Great service, thank you.

Booking made so much easier because of the way it was handled by your cruise specialist.

Good and speedy communication

Oh my God, Tina's come up trumps again. I am not overly particular, but I have certain requirements. Tina worked tirelessly to meet these requirements and even worked outside of her working hours to get me what worked for us.
It's my go too now, just try Paramount, especially if you want a real tailored solution. Simply the best!

Tailor made itinerary to suit our needs and swift response to queries.

Fantastic experience with Paramount Cruises! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Robin answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He helped us book our very first cruise, coming up this autumn, and we couldn’t be more excited. Highly recommend Paramount Cruises if you’re looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service!

Very helpful and accommodating

Kaitlin has been a star! She’s so patient with our ‘to-and-fro’ cruise decisions…and always gets us a great deal! Have used her twice now and would highly recommend her and Paramount!

Paramount helped me choose the right cruise gave me lots of ideas. Very Helpful Robin!

Robin was very knowledgeable about his products and services. We made many queries in which Robin promptly provided excellent information that made our decision making easier . We had to delay finalising our trip for personal reasons , in which Robin showed great patience and did not push for a sale.
Well done Robin and many thanks again.
