Good Software
Been looking for a software to extend my Partition, this one seemed to work the best. Well done
So dissappointing
I used Paragon HDD Manager to test my HDD for bad sectors. It didn't find any on a bad HDD which had confirmed bad sectors. What am i supposed to think? On top of that very poor GUI, no block visualisations, only progress bar on long processes. you can't even minimise the main window while e.g. wiping data is going on.

I used Paragon APFS to open and edit some files on windows, everything seemed to be working great, Until I restarted the computer and everything on the hard drive disappeared, not able to see the files on Windows or Mac!
DON'T USE THIS SOFTWARE! better buying an external HD and format it as ExFat and you can use it on cross platform.

They claim to have the best NTFS software for MAC, but once installed, the software is absolutely not up to par. Freeware software works the same way or better.

Have used Hard Disk Managers and previous versions for years. Recently purchased _v17.
Support is NON-EXISTENT. As in nothing, - nada, nichego takogo, zero.

Choose another service that won’t ransom your files
If you ever use the service for backup it will render the files a pfi file which ONLY their software can open and use. On top of that the free version and from reading reviews most the paid ones are often “corrupted” so you can’t even use them. I’d used it in a trial basis to see if worth upgrading after some tests a year ago seemed to work okay, tried to access on another computer as the first was lost to fire but I’d saved the backup to a portable that was with me and I can’t make it run.
I’d intended to buy the program but not only won’t it run but there’s no other way to get into all my files so I reached out to support who basically said in so many words “fck you pay us.”
Right. I can’t get your program to work so I need to pay you to not get a program to work? That’s not how you build trust. Wish I had never downloaded as now I’ve lost all that work. I’ll look for other backup programs that aren’t lazy scammers locking away your files. I believe in paying for products but I want ones that are reliable!
Putting Band-Aids on a gaping wound.
Support is quick to respond, but there are problems in their software that they simply do not fix. This has been well over a year of circling back with tech support to ask why a fully licensed version keeps flipping back to a trial version and stops working. Since the serial was used in the initial setup, a User cannot do anything until Paragon resets it on their end.
They keep putting band aids on a gaping wound.

I have used Paragon software for about 15 years. Now they put me in a "Catch-22" situation. I purchased their disk manager "17 Advanced". Finally got it up and running. After several weeks got a
"corrupted" message so I reinstalled as requested. The activation number did not work. Went to website to open my account. Got a
message that I had not verified the log-in email. Cannot get in there!
Tried to contact support. Need to log-in to contact support. Cannot log-in because they say I have not verified the email! There is no way to activate the software! I do not have all day for this. Going to remove the software and use something else. Money lost!

Wish i had found these reviews before i purchased. The program does not work for me - opened a support ticket to request a refund and so far a week later, no answer. I see though they have time to post on Facebook and Twitter. Avoid this company. (Update: I contacted cleverbridge and got a refund within hours).

Just as with the others who've commented here, my experience with Paragon Software has left me very disappointed.
I bought their Linux File System for Windows and was wondering why it refused to start when I had 3 Linux discs (raid) connected to my PC. Put in a support ticket. No response.
Using another vendor's program discovered the raid as Linux MD array, not btrFS as I'd expected. Asked Paragon whether this had anything to do with their program refusing to start. Nothing.
These people are morons. They don't give a damn about their fare-paying customers. Don't buy anything from them. There is no support, at all.

I placed a ticket with them on November 5th with an urgent technical issue and received their automated "we have your ticket" response.
Today is November 9th and I have chased twice and still not had any form of response, nevermind fault resolution.
It was noted in the ticket comments that this is an urgent issue.
This is totally unacceptable for a technical support service.
I will be very weary of buying anymore of their products.

So I get a reply almost instantly from this forum and my support ask still wallows. Also it is a very simple ask that has been outstanding for over a week. How do I uninstall the backup software?
First reply is a sorry we are busy. Second reply is we have not heard from you so we will close the case please log into our portal if support still needed ??? Then another bot email saying support is busy. YET you have staff to jump on bad reviews immediately!
No apologizies ... one star only.

Stay away from the Disk Manager and the customer support!
I used the free version of Disk Manager to shrink and move a partition. The shrinking completed but then my D-drive disappeared and the Disk Manager couldn’t start - it always complained about a missing mainForm. Customer Support sent me more mails apologizing about being busy before Pavel answered - but nothing about my problems. So I had to write more mails before I got a response slightly about my problems - but still with mails about being busy in between.
After three weeks with no solution I have bought the competitors products, got about 80% of my data back and fixed my partitions - and all that in less than 15 minutes.
Stay away from Paragon - if their customer support is that overloaded, it must be because the products are bad. And my experience seems to confirm this.

Their customer service is a lie. Their money-back guarantee is a lie as well because they will not respond at all.
I purchased their software and it did not function at all, it did nothing it was supposed to do.
After reaching out to them for support, they responded (2 weeks later) with a copy of their help page found online and nothing else. The information they provided was not even close to relevant to my problem. You can tell that even after 2 weeks they had not read my request at all, they didn’t even glance over it!
The next email I got from them was saying “this issue has been resolved and the ticket is being closed”.
At this point I asked for my money back and even though I reached out multiple time over the past months they have never even responded.
Paragon is a company that built some software that works some of the time, then made a bunch of BS claims to get you to buy it, then they plan to leave you stranded.
If you ANY option at all then NEVER buy any of their products, you will just end up regretting it.
