Creating a bootable USB drive aborts; it downloads but doesn't install on the selected USB stick.

For the limited functionality, the software is far too expensive, especially with the subscription.

Clone works quite well.

I will probably cancel the subscription or the purchase.

UPDATE 30/03/2026: the software worked well on the first day. Now it's impossible to access my external disk even if everything seems to work fine. I will try to access it from a Windows laptop, hoping to still find the data there.

The software works well. The website allures you with a "download it for free" phrase, but that's all you can do, download it, not use it. So I decided to go for a paid version, 17.95 USD for 12 months subscription, but I paid in Euros...and it magically translated into 17.95 Euros, which is not even close to 17.95 USD. I find these tricks pretty annoying.

Your software gave me just what I was looking for.

Wasted money, your software didn't solve my problem and it promised

It is an overload "pain in the ass" when all you want is to read and write NTFS external thumb and others.

Downloaded it and it never did a thing.

In the middle of transfering to another WD storage. I have bought mainly 5 TB, and many 20, 22, TB. The system has upset me so many times, go for 2 hours, and then it simply stops, shuts down.

I had 6 MS Windows hard drives and was looking for some old .jpg files. I could only read one of them and it had the operating system with little or no useful data. My MAC OS is The latest version of Tahoe . The HDs were all working when I removed them and a couple went back to Win XP. Looks like I waisted 20 bucks.

bought the product and im not exactly sure how to use it. no instructions

They were on point when I wanted to be answered by a robot that's going to end up driving>ng us around in the near future so as how they did its technologies that are the extreme.

Good quality product that actually works…!

Not super user friendly. Errors when trying to use, attempted to get a refund (which they said was available for two weeks after licensing) and the hoops started. Should have went with Paragon.

I took a bunch of photos on my recent vacation and was excited to look at them, but when I went to upload them from my SD card they were inexplicably deleted. I tested out a bunch of software to try and restore the photos, but none worked. I finally tried iBoysoft. Immediately I noticed that the interface was way more user-friendly than the other applications. After scanning for 20 minutes, it found my photos (and photos that had been deleted from when my dad used the SD card years ago). I wish I had tried iBoysoft first instead of going through the headache of downloading a bunch of other apps that didn't work.

I lost all the phots taken in 10 years,nearly 10000 pictures!Just because I want to add a partition to my external hard drive.The operation is failed, all my memory is lost.I asked a lot on the internet, at last guys give me a good advice to download the trial version of iBoysoft Data Recovery, and it works so good!
1.I chose the external hard drive that hold my photos on the left of iBoysoft Data Recovery;
2.Then just click the big scan button and after 30 minutes,I can review my photos!
3.It is very easy to use and save me a lot of time, the complete result on APFS can let me make sure all my data is still there!
If you are using a Mac and may lost some very important data, I highly recommend you to use this app,it saves all my good memories of my family!

Irreführende Werbung & Support verweigert Rückerstattung!

Ich habe 60€ für die "Lifetime"-Lizenz bezahlt, weil iBoysoft auf der Website explizit damit wirbt, dass ihre Software einen Modus besitzt, der OHNE Kernel-Erweiterungen und OHNE Reduzierung der Systemsicherheit (Recovery Mode) funktioniert.

Die Realität: Dieser beworbene "einfache Modus" ist komplett defekt. Dateien lassen sich nicht schreiben, Downloads hängen sich auf. Die Software ist in diesem Zustand nutzlos.

Der Kontakt mit dem Support ("Charles") war eine absolute Enttäuschung:

Mein Rückerstattungswunsch (innerhalb der 14 Tage) wird abgeblockt mit der Ausrede, es sei "kein Bug".

Man versucht mir technisch falsche Informationen zu geben (behauptet, es ginge technisch nicht anders – was falsch ist, siehe Open-Source-Lösungen wie FUSE-T).

Statt einer Lösung oder meinem Geld werde ich vertröstet, ich solle doch "auf ein Update nächsten Monat warten".

Mein Mac wurde erst vor 2 Tagen komplett frisch neu installiert (Clean Install) – der Fehler liegt also zu 100 % an der Software, nicht an meinem System.

Fazit: Wer eine funktionierende NTFS-Lösung sucht, die die Sicherheit des Macs nicht gefährdet, sollte hier NICHT kaufen. Man bekommt eine defekte Software und wird vom Support mit falschen Behauptungen hingehalten, um die Rückerstattung zu umgehen.
