purchaser NTFS for mac 2 yearsago. And now when upgrading which was life time, login was removed, the serial. lucky i have pdf and email of purchase. !9 days ago i message zendesk and Paragon just doesn't reply at all. So i feel ripped off and scammed- emailed them again today NO REPLY
Great software
Great software, but non-existing support ruin everything. In 2022 I had some issues because of a new license portal. Now it's 2025 and here we go again with the same problem. In 2022 it was possible to get a response though. Now it's impossible to even get a reply from them. I'm entitled to a free upgrade, but nowhere to find my license keys and impossible to get in contact with support.
It's not very expensive for a new license, but cannot buy anything from a company where it's impossible to get in contact with anyone. There are alternatives from companies that care at least a bit about their customers.
I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company even if they have some good products. I guess they are about to lose all of their customers and just a matter of time before they are out of business anyway.
Zero customer support. Stay away. Look elsewhere.

We BOUGHT 2 licenses of their linux…
We BOUGHT 2 licenses of their linux software. They switched license systems and now we cannot use the software WE PAID FOR. This is insane. I am NEVER buying their software again and will make sure others do not as well.
No activation instructions and no support
After some years of using an old free edition I loaded the new Community Edition on my partners PC, it's always worked well and test restores worked so I bought the full edition. Unfortunately I was unable to activate it as no instructions were forthcoming. No response from support to a ticket. I have asked for a refund and it's been approved back to my Pay Pal account.

Bought a license for ntfs for Mac. Not able to activate it so raised a ticket. Still no response after 60 hours.
Scam company, stay away
As many people write here, they changed their licence program and as a result the lifetime subscription which I bought back in 2021 is no longer lifetime, I cannot login to my account any more, the support replied with a typical "login to your acount", which is a joke, because THIS IS THE PROBLEM, I cannot login any more. That is actually insane! Scam, don't buy their software. A friend of mine also had the same experience!
Run quick don't spend any more money
Don't part with your money, just don't do it. Zero support, login doesn't work. No responce from support so bad my assumption which still stands they have stopped trading or in process of. They have issues which aren't been addressed don't touch with someone else's unless you hate them even then that's cruel. 😖👎🏽 No reply then rubbish about I didn't respond and they are shutting support ticket down again don't touch anything from this company. Possibly someone from the support team has been treated badly and is taking it out on customers

Nach einem Update der NTFS for Mac Software ist keine Aktivierung mehr möglich. Der Kundensupport selbst ist nicht erreichbar. Hier muss also von Betrug ausgegangen werden, VORSICHT und FINGER WEG!
Almost three weeks since buying licence…
Almsot three weeks since buying licence and the new Account system wont let me reset password. Says it sent me an email but nothing turns up.
Have multiple tickets in their ZenDesk system (which I have used before so know sitting there unanswered is not good for IT reports). Not a single answer.
Not good enough.
Going to charge back my purchase and find a different program.
Ho perso i dati per colpa loro
Ho installato il software per leggere le partizioni ext4 su windows. Avevo bisogno di fare alcuni trasferimenti e poi non mi sarebbe più servito, quindi ho usato la versione di prova.
Fatti i trasferimenti, sembrava tutto ok, perchè i nomi dei file c'erano tutti e non sembrava esserci nulla di strano. I file si potevano aprire, rinominare e gestire tranquillamente.
Ho scollegato (tramite rimozione sicura) la memoria di archiviazione sulla quale avevo passato i dati, e fin qui tutto bene, se non che, il giorno dopo, quando l'ho collegata, non c'era traccia dei file copiati.
Grazie paragon per avermi fatto perdere tempo a passare i file, ma soprattutto per avermi fatto perdere tutti i dati.
Un programma fatto male che non fa quello che deve.

Using Paragon's HFS+ and one day it suddenly said my license had expired.
Put in a support ticket, no response... Tried logging into my account lots of Dead-end broken website links to reset passwords etc. Eventually Logged into an account and said I don't own the product or have and keys...
Avoid.
Questionable product and non-existent support
I was unable to activate Paragon Hard Disk Manager 17 Advanced. I immediately submitted a support ticket and it was immediately acknowledged. There was no further response from Paragon. I sent 2 further emails, this time requesting a refund but again heard nothing. Complete silence from Paragon over a 2 week period. I then sent a refund request via Cleverbridge and, thankfully, it was immediately actioned.
I originally bought the software to ensure my system was regularly backed up. The integrity of the company's product and the quality of its support are vital. I would never use Paragon again.
The support service never replies
I purchased the extFS software, and immediately after I asked for refund because was not operating as expect. I sent them 5 emails... not reply at all...

Avoid! They block lifetime licenses!
I was able to use my purchased "life-time" NTFS for Mac license on my previous MacBook running the same MacOS version. But their new licensing system does not allow new activation on my new MacBook without paying for new "life-time" license. Never again!
Garbage company, stay away
I bought NTFS for Mac a few years ago and needed to reinstall it. I can't log in on the app, even after changing email and password on their website using a link from an old email, because the current log in (lc.paragon...) won't accept my login info either. I opened a support ticket and sent two emails, being the first contact attempt more than a week ago, to no avail. Their support system has four routes to log in, depending on how you bought your software. I mean... how can they be trusted if their support is scattered all over the place like that?
These guys need a class action lawsuit to learn how to be a decent company that respect its customers.
NTFS for Mac
I purchased a lifetime license for NTFS for Mac a few years ago at a price that wasn't exactly great. I had to replace the Mac because the motherboard died, and I tried to reinstall the application purchased with a regular license (which was supposed to be for life), but it's not possible because they changed the method for issuing licenses and it's not even possible to convert the previous license to the new system. So I contacted them through their support at their support page where I was totally ignored, after 13 days I see the ticket open and no response from them.
I'm not saying that I was owed everything for free, I paid and the money I paid for was good, even just a response would have been appreciated or even an offer for a purchase maybe discounted I could have taken it into consideration. I've never seen worse technical support than this, I will definitely look for another program that has the same functions and I will pay them.
