Panache Cruises Anmeldelser

After reading a post from a couple in Australia, they stated they had used CruiseCompete.com to quote their cruise. They found Panache Cruises to be extremely competitive in pricing. They did their homework and ended up booking their cruise with them. They stated they were VERY happy with the results and were endorsing Panache to be the cruise line of choice. We were looking to book a cruise as well, so I reached out to Emerald Cruise line directly to do a deeper dive on the credibility of Panache. Per Emerald's email response: "Upon checking on our end and verifying the agency code P8804, we can confirm that Panache Cruises is active, accredited, and authorized to create and manage luxury yacht cruise bookings on your behalf." Feeling good about having that verification box checked on our end, we decided to move forward with booking a yacht cruise with Panache. The booking process went very smooth and Panache was extremely helpful with our numerous questions regarding the cruise and travel insurance. Our price was indeed significantly lower than going direct with Emerald, as well lower than other quotes from other agencies. Our cruise will be in another year, but I am positive that all will be smooth sailing once our cruise pushes off from the dock!

I’m a seasoned land traveller and usually book everything myself independently but this was my first foray into cruising so I needed guidance. I couldn’t have been in safer hands. From the booking process to the pre and post cruise telephone calls nothing could have been more helpful and straight forward. Full marks to Rob and the rest of the Panache team. Excellent customer service.

Nicole was fantastic. Friendly helpful and patient. Went through every detail to make sure I was perfectly happy. I will definitely be contacting Nicole for our next cruise booking.

This was my first time booking through Panache Cruises, and I was delighted to learn that they assign a dedicated personal consultant to each client. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa Buckley, who was excellent. Not only did she handle our cruise booking seamlessly, but she also looked at arranging our preferred hotel stay through Panache. If this initial experience is any indication of their service, I am confident the rest of our pre-cruise journey will go just as smoothly. Highly recommended!

Olga was an amazing representative agent. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with our booking and all the back and forth that entailed together with our myriad of questions which never took her long to respond to. Olga has a real can-do attitude and nothing is too difficult. Communication was always spot on and the booking process was effortless. Price was a significant factor in trying Panache Cruises for the first time and we look forward to planning many more trips in the future as a result.

Today I booked our 3rd cruise through Panache.

The Team there are great (Call out to Jacob M!) and nothing is too much of a pain during the booking process. I had LOTS of questions and asked for numerous changes!

Pricing is also very competitive and generally cheaper than direct.

Great experience as always booking with Panache cruises. Good price. Take American Express too.

I’ve seldom been loyal to any one service provider but was impressed with Panache Cruises for the professional and friendly way they dealt with my query and specific needs. Well done. I’ll come to you again for my next cruising business

We contacted Panache to source a Winter Holiday in February. We were fortunate enough to attain the expertise of Wendy Mullholland who carefully listened to us and guided us through the booking process. Her attention to detail was second to none . Looking forward to our trip Miami to Barbados. Excellent Service.

Excellent service from Jen, professional, friendly and very helpful.

Nicole Barrett is very good at what she does. Excellent service and makes good suggestions. I have confidence in Nicole's knowledge and skill to make sure the holiday is right for me

Good service

Joanne was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble.
Very professional but in a friendly way, we also like the personal touch and that Joanne will be looking after us the whole way through! That makes us feel valued and not like we are just another cruise booking and the rest is up to the call centre!
I will not hesitate to recommend Joanne to our friends and family to help them book a cruise.
Thank you Joanne.

Having booked two cruises previously with Panache where we had received excellent customer service service, it was our first choice to book again. The consultant was excellent and helped us with a very smooth booking process.

Working with Rob was an absolute pleasure from start to finish so we have therefore booked another cruise with him. He went above and beyond in dealing with the issues we had with the cruise company whilst away and we couldn't have wished for a better outcome- thank you so much.
Having everything organised by someone so knowledgeable, patient and quick to answer my many questions is so valuable! Thank you again Rob. I thoroughly recommend Panache Cruises

Excellent help from the cruise connoisseur Wendy who arranged the booking professionally and without fuss.

We had decided we wanted book something very special for my sons 60th birthday , he lives in Sydney so we are to fly in for his birthday and cruise from Sydney to Singapore on our way home ,having decided on such a long cruise I wanted advice with out being pressured, this I found in dealing with Ben Knowles, he was knowledgable and extremely pleasant and found us a very good deal ,I also feel I can reach out to him at any time for further advice and reassurance I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending Ben and Panache to friends and family
