I am an advanced diver and I have lost my dive card. PADI can replace it with an electronic version at virtually no cost to themselves but charge £45! And to add insult to injury they mandate you make a charity donation of £10 on top of this without an option to decline. £55 for a replacement digital card is extortion - there is no other word for it.

Website is a desaster, Login fails lot of time, shop changed selction during process

After more then 22 years working in diving with padi !I will cross over to SDI ! The padi organisation been sold many times but this gready ripping off new system is the worst ever!!
1000s of people working in Bristol for nothing!! They are employed by them friends and family to don't do nothing and get paid from our renual money!!! And no Service provided at all ! Iam almost course director..I paid alot of money to padi ...my advice to new instructors go out of this padi system ...cheaper and better for your carrier..

My physical card was issued in 2008 and details are fading. Now PADI want their certified divers to pay $48 USD to digitise their physical card to an e-card.

It's exploitative and monopolistic pricing.

I've already paid my dues, and a fee mind you, to PADI to be a certified advanced diver more than 17 years ago. In an increasingly digital world, why does PADI find it acceptable to exploit divers just to digitize their physical certifications? Academic institutions don’t charge for digital certifications, so why would PADI think it's reasonable to charge $48 USD for one?

It's 2025. Yet PADI customer agents are suggesting that I should carry an old faded card around if I do not agree with the fee. There are many ways to generate profit. But to exploit your certified divers for digitising their certification? Shame on you, PADI.

Clear interesting safe instruction from a professional patient instructor, make me can't wait to go diving as often as possible

Wayan was extremely supportive and patient. When I felt nervous or anxious he was calm and gave me space to try things till I felt more confident and comfortable. Wayan was professional and througher with demonstrating and providing information about equipment set up. If I could give 6 🌟 to Wayan I would. Thankyou for helping me do my OWD certification.

Easy to navigate website and appreciate the ability to review prior to the final assessment. Made it stress free.

Nakay Alimatha Divin center alle Maldive. Fantastica esperienza, persone simpatiche, disponibili e capaci. Posto bellissimo e mondo marino spettacolare. Avrei voluto avere più tempo per approfondire l’esperienza e fare più immersioni, migliorando le competenze acquisite.
Credo sia necessario approfondire di più alcune nozioni della parte teorica con gli istruttori prima e/o durante le immersioni del corso.

Very nice training and adventure.
First immersions in a very nice clear and clean spot in Radazul, Tenerife, and finishing it with a ride with the boat.
Material pretty new and decent and staff very kind and welcoming.

Ein guter Kurs mit leichten Mechaniken und guter Wissens Bildung die Website hat jedoch mehrere Sackgassen und kann eine Renovierung Verträgen.

Never pay to paid company, use other diving company as SSI or whatever, you will pay less for a better service. Padi is the worst possible company

I liked the structure and plan of the course in eLearning and the opportunity to learn the material without haste and with repetition at my own rhythm. I received a more detailed explanation from my personal instructor Irina from U-Bootmarine (Ukraine) on how to deal with emerging non-standard situations underwater.
