Nightmare from start to finish...

I placed what should have been a simple reorder from Packhelp yet every step was an actual nightmare. For starters, there's no way to easily reorder so you have to reach out to customer service. They took ages to respond and I'd have to follow up multiple times.

Additionally, whatever courier company they are using are rude and unhelpful. They don't follow with Packhelp's instructions and they ship the order on a pallet as one teetering tower and expect that you are supposed to be able to easily receive that.

The delivery guy refused to help and left me with 1500 boxes in the middle of the street - I had to unload them into my location by grabbing one stack at a time...with no outer boxes, it was the most inefficient experience ever.

I will make sure to go out of way for to never place a reorder with Packhelp because I am truly in awe at how awful this was.

Have emailed them multiple times, no response, have filled out their online form, no response.
Most my order was correct however the tissue paper I ordered has been printed in the wrong colour and they haven't got back to me since.

This is my second order with PackHelp. I live in Ireland and I ordered several thousand boxes. The service was smooth. The order was completed ahead of time. Customer support was proactive and professional. I've been very happy with PackHelp every time I have used them. There were no customs / duties.

The quality of the boxes is high, but it is a little bit pricier and for some reason, I can only get an invoice once the order is processed? Between placing an order and the order being processed takes weeks, which isn't great for filing invoices.

Really lovely company; they help with the design, keep you informed at all stages of the process and expected time frame. The boxes always get delivered within that time frame and in perfect condition.

We appreciate the white kraft tape is not available on your website any longer. However, both white and brown were available to select when we made the order, we are 100% sure of that. You seem unable to provide evidence to the contrary.

The order confirmation is ambiguous and therefore misleading, which is what we will be using as evidence in our claim if we are to take this to a small claims court under the Unfair Trading Regulations. ‘Packing tape’ as is listed on the order could be either plastic or kraft tape.

We will not accept a credit since we have now taken our requirement for white kraft tape elsewhere.

If you cannot honour our polite request for a full refund we will be left with no alternative than to take this matter to a small claims court.

Was really keen to place an order with packhelp and switch to using them for my wholesale company moving forward.

I contacted them in November asking for a custom quote, and was then told that the person looking at my quote was leaving the company and they'd connect me with someone else - they didn't.

I was open to packaging options, so I ordered (and paid for) a sample pack which I liked, and so I got back in touch at the beginning of December as I had a couple of questions, and I was quickly told that it would be forwarded on to the sales team who would get in touch.

One month later, I'm still sending follow up emails to packhelp to see if there is anybody interested in helping me with my order, since I can't place it without first getting the answers to my questions.

It's a shame, because I believe I did find the right product for me, but with nobody to help with my query I can't place an order.

I suppose this has helped me get a head start with what types of packaging I like, as now I'm looking at other packaging companies. So I can at least take that as a positive. Cheers packhelp.

It's extremely frustrating when you're trying to hand money over to a company and they just aren't interested. I did however get an automated email to review them on trustpilot so here we are!

i have used this company for the second time and will be suing them in the future.

Lost boxes. Somehow UPS managed to lose my parcel - they said the address added by PackHelp was incorrect, which was odd because my wooden wool material I also ordered arrived on time.
Low score due to pretty poor customer service time scales - they couldn't get me new boxes for over a week, and because these were for a time limited event, i'm now chasing for a refund.

I havent yet seen my order but its delayed by 10 days already and have no received no notification except one that it would arrive a few days late and then after nothing... I appreciate that things get delayed but it would have been good to get comms about it. Also, what if I really had relied on this for my business, I would have lost a ton of business. Havent received the product yet so curious about that but already not impressed.

Overall Packhelp were very helpful and I would recommend using again. Although there were a few issues with confirmation of turnaround time / selecting correct currency and conflicting delivery dates Packhelp were able to correct and actually delivered earlier than anticipated.

The boxes arrived damaged and wet to our warehouse on 15th of Nov. We contacted customer service and asked either for a refund or replacement order and for them to collect the wet damaged boxes and provided images. They responded that they will refund and it's been now a month of chasing and they didn't refund the amount or send a replacement order. Customer service is very bad and we used to order with them but from today we will never purchase any items from them.
