My experience was ok, however the boxes arrived really damp and slightly damaged. I also got sent 250 boxes on a pallet which caused a couple of issues with my storage unit. Customer service were fast to get back to me to offer support.
I like how easy it is to order, the commitment towards sustainability and great price points.

The postage price is insane. It came 10 days before it said it would so I needn’t have paid the £108 I did for postage.
The ink is very dull and faded.
There is a gap in the print.

I have emailed to notify them of these issues.
They aren’t bothered about the postage, nothing to say to help or explain.
The ink quality and gap issue is apparently because I didn’t order enough. Surely the colour would be better if I ordered less. Or better still, the colour should ALWAYS be perfect.

They only have two stars because they are fairly good quality.

I have asked for a phone number or to be called on a number of occasions. They said they were too busy. Says it all.

Their website, platform and price are leading the way. We've used pack help since very early days of our business and they make it very easy for you to scale your packaging as you scale as a business. There customer service on the chat agent has gone down hill slightly, however, if you use pack help pro the communication and service is great. I do wish that like on packhelp studio on packhelp pro you can pay with normal uk VAT. This was amazing news when packhelp studio realised this and it is a bit of a shame that the invoicing does not work the same way on pro.

For customers who are on pro and are loyal too packhelp it would be nice to have perhaps a zoom call once every 2 month to discuss packaging options, almost like a consultancy call on how things are going and what we want to achieve.

We are unable to get any straight answer out of the team about even the simplest delivery information. Questions are ignored or skirted around without providing any information that we require. If I could go back in time and purchase elsewhere I would have done so in an instant.

All of our promised lead times from the sales team have come and gone. Even the revised, disappointing lead times appear to be slipping. No one will pick up the phone to call and explain what is happening.

It took weeks to tell me that my Image was in the wrong format. Lost too much time when the order was urgent. Cancelled the order in frustration

Quality overall is okay, but it will take ages to arrive and it is overpriced.

I've ordered from this company a few times. They're very good all-round from prices to quality.

The team at packhelp are great - quick to respond & helpful. Our packaging looks how we envisioned, and we've ordered multiple times.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and advise Packhelp gave from the start, my business is a start up online bakery and I needed customized brownie boxes. The online design tool was really easy to use and I loved that you could see the design in 3D. The quality of the finished product was excellent and very true to the online design. I am glad I opted to have the team review my efforts and make some small changes before going to production. I will be using Packhelp again. Cheers
