I had a problem when I installed an Oxford Hotgrips Kit in my bike. Customer service helped me quickly to solve my problem. Very satisfied and impressed with them because they answered me so quickly and told me exactly what was happening.

I sent my old controller, which was not working properly back to Oxford Products! As I had only purchased a set of heated grips early this year. They took a look and found it was not repairable! And within two days a nice new controller had been sent to me. In this day and age it’s hard to find anyone willing to help you, But was pleasantly surprised that Oxford Products, excelled themselves.

Purchased a motorcycle cover (stormex?) & the belly strap came apart after four weeks so got a replacement & exactly the same thing happened after ONE WEEK. Really poor quality so ended up buying another brand.

I bought the Oximiser 900 to ensure my battery is always charged (as I don't ride too often). It works well and now the battery is good to go when I need it. Even when I had an issue with one of the connectors, the customer service team arranged for a quick replacement of the alligator clip assembly.

I have a Oxford stormex cover this Developed two leaks I guess I have had for six months, it’s been great up until then I emailed Helen at Oxford customer service, I was so impressed with their service she got straight back to me offering a replacement I am very happy We have lots Oxford gear ie jacket/trousers and gloves so has my wife to no there is this kinda customer service behind there products is great we will definitely continue to get Oxford gear.

Oxford have good quality products, but what really impresses is care about the customer. I bought a cover I wasn't quite happy with, and contacted Oxford without much faith. To my surpise it was handled very swiftly, entirely to my satisfaction and resulted in a very happy customer. Definitely a company you can trust!

I email then I’m regards to a worn now heated grip on my motorbike. Their response was amazing and they offered to send me a replacement grip free of charge!!!! All I was after was information but they took it on themselves to resolve the issue. Fabulous customer service and the product are excellent!

Great quality jackets and trousers, for the price much better quality items than the other budget motorcycle gear on the market.. recommended

I bought a oximiser for my bike and it went off after almost two years. After contacting Oxford they said because I purchased it from non approved dealer my warranty should be void but if I send it to them they will see what can be done. Two days later a new replacement was delivered. Absolutely spot on. Can't thank them enough for the way they handled my claim.

The service from this company has been excellent. I lost a spare key to an old (30+ years) motorcycle lock and despite the age they have helped with a duplicate. Responses have been swift and very helpful. Many thanks to Chloe in Customer Services!

Had an issue with a motorbike stand so contacted customer services, they were fab. Dealt with it straight away, no problem. One very happy customer.

Had an issue with a leaking Oxford Montreal 2.0 jacket and contacted Oxford Products about the problem. I’m a fan of their products and have trousers, bags, phone and satnav holders and am happy with all.

Oxford took the report seriously, requested I sent the jacket back and sent me a new one without quibble 2 days later.
Couldn’t be happier and will continue to buy the products in the future.

After contacting this company in reference to a part fitted 7 years ago they were extremely helpful and offered to replace the part. Companies that stand behind their products are few and far between these days. They deserve our support.

I bought a ground anchor and chain from Oxford Products in the late 90's with two high security keys. I now use the chain and lock for another purpose and needed two extra keys. After visiting a couple of locksmiths I was told that the key blanks no longer exist. A phone call to Oxford Products solved my problem and the blanks arrived a few days later FOC.
Thanks for this excellent customer service, it's a rare thing these days.

I have a pair of Oxford hot gloves which I purchased in 2015 but they haven't been used until this year, these gloves require a voltage regulator to work which is a short link wire fitted in line with the wires and gloves. The gloves are excellent when working but the voltage regulator one day just started smoking and the gloves no longer work.
I have been in touch with oxford to buy a replacement regulator but have been told that this part or indeed the gloves are no longer available even though the gloves are still advertised on Oxfords website. I was given a part number to look for but there are none available. I am not impressed with Oxford after sales, especially as the gloves are still being sold.
I don't want anything free, I just want my gloves working.

I recently purchased an Oxford Lidlock, and accidentally and unintentionaly set a new unkown combination, rendering the item unusable. I contacted Oxford customer services in the hope there may be a way to override and start from scratch to reset code. Although they were unable to assist, they immediately offered to send me a new item as a gesture of goodwill, brilliant. Their communication and helpfulness from start to finish was excellent. I returned the unusable lock as requested and 2 days later a new one arrived at my house. I have bought many Oxford products over the years, and this is the 1st time I have contacted their customer services. This is how all customers services should be, 1st class. Many thanks to all.

After a poor experience previously with an Oximiser i contacted Oxford regarding a hardcore lock which had jammed after less than 20 uses. I could see the problem, bits had actually fallen out of it, it wasn't the usual grit in the tumblers. The lock was well out of warranty so i didnt expect much when oxford asked me to return it for them to have a look, i was thrilled therefore when they offered me either a new lock, or a substantial credit against new stuff, i took the new lock and it arrived in Ireland from the UK in 48 hours, amazing. Top class and well above my expectations.

Brilliant opportunity to say thank you again for all your help and support in the last few weeks. You truly made life better than you could ever imagine. If it was not for your understanding and help I would still be at a great lost in more than one way. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recommend this company to everyone and their friends and families. They truly go above and beyond. That's what makes them number one in my eyes and heart.
