I recently needed to exchange a tank bag (nothing wrong with it I'd just ordered the wrong one). I spoke to customer service, posted it back and received the replacement within 24hrs ! I cannot fault the professionalism and empathy of the Dept.

Oxford look after their customers well. I bought a pair of their Oxford Jeans at the NEC from a London based supplier, the jeans turned out to be faulty and rather than travelling down to London I went straight to Oxford products. They could not have been more helpful and sorted my problem out. it is backup service like this that gives me the confidence to buy Oxford products.

Customer service from Oxford Products Ltd second to none. I had a problem with a broken clip for my HJC intercom. HJC,Sena, the manufacturer couldn’t help me but Oxford went the extra mile and sent me a new clip free of charge. Excellent. Thank you very much Katie Rudman for helping me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a chain tool and one of the parts in the box was incorrect. I contacted Oxford Customer Services, discussed the issue and the new part was with me in 48 hours.
The quality of a company is not their product, but how they react when things go wrong.
Oxford are a quality company.

I had a problem with a motorbike cover that was just out of its 12 months warranty period. When I contacted Oxford they were brilliant and sent me a new one without hesitation. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Oxford

I purchased some heated grips & whilst fitting them I lost a small part (my fault) & I contacted their customer service team who were brilliant. Initially I was told that they would call me back with a solution & I expected to never hear from them again, but within 5 mins they called me back. They sent out a replacement with next day delivery. They were very helpful & I was not made to feel an idiot for something that was my mistake - thank you Katie!

Had a minor problem with a pannier bag recently. Contacted support via email and they were quick to respond and supplied me with a replacement part. Very pleased with original product and subsequent customer service I received.

Contacted customer services about a heater grip that had failed. Their response was immediate and a replacement grip arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Touring in France. Stitching falling apart on brand new Drystash T45. Can’t strap it to the bike any more. It is waterproof though.

Purchased rear stand, ox286. Despite tightening bolts on arms they are still prone to sideways movement. That's unsafe for lifting motorcycle

I contacted customer services on the 04/08/2023 by email and returned a faulty battery charger on the 07/08/2023 i received a new replacement on the 09/08/2023 , that's what I call great service !!

Today was the first time I have ordered a part from Oxford Products.

I got in contact with the Oxford Customer Service team following a fault on my Continental Advanced Jacket. They were great with communication and sorted out the fault promptly. I love the Oxford products and rely on them daily in my commute to work.

Just had an amazing experience with Oxford customer service dept. They sorted a problem for me on my heated grips in a superfast time and couldn't have been more helpful. I own an Oxford bike jacket and a 30ltr waterproof luggage bag and won't hesitate to buy more Oxford stuff in the future after this.

Purchased a set of Oxford Nightslider indicators last year, a few weeks ago one developed a problem intermittently!
Got in touch with Oxford and got a speedy response, and a great solution. Within 48 hours I had a new indicator posted to me! I can't fault the service or aftercare, great to see such professionalism and amazing aftercare.

I bought a child Oxford frame seat which has been amazing. Great price, compact and perfect for transporting my 3-year-old who was getting bored of a child seat at the back where we couldn't talk to each other.

Today I had an issue with a missing part (my fault) and I can't state how helpful customer services were. They responded quickly and helped ship a new part to me the same day.

I would highly recommend their products.

2 months ago bought a Oxford Disc lock & chain ,both suffer from poorly made lock mechanisms ,frustratingly fiddly to lock and unlock.This morning I threw them both in the bin.
