managed to curb one of the wheels today and went into Mini to make a claim and was told that I had to make a claim online, (setting up a account and taking photos of the damage) and because I am totally useful on computers and uploading and that sort of thing, Emily was all to happy to assist in the claim (actually in saying assist I mean Emily done it all). Emily could not have been more helpful and she made the process so easy for me. So, thank you so so much Emily.

I have never bought a mini before and if I’m honest steered clear of large brand dealerships due to the markup but after the amazing customer service I received from Paul Gill I am a convert. There were no hard sell tactics and no pressure despite my previous car taking longer than expected to sell. A year’s warranty, roadside assistance, the car being delivered with petrol in the tank and a thorough run through and handover from Ed what’s not to like. I will be back!

We purchased a Mini Cooper hatch from Emily today. A thoroughly top notch experience and our second purchase this year, the first being the new Countryman Cooper S All4.

I always have brilliant experiences with the Mini team. My car is due a service and when I called to book, they advised to book in in a couple of weeks (and gave me a date that worked around my job as a teacher) to avoid going in twice in a short space of time.
Really recommend.

I have just sold and bought a car from North Oxford Mini - for the second time in 6 years, and have had the car serviced by the same company. The sales, Ricky Clarke in particular, and service departments have been unfailingly courteous, good to deal with, professional, knowledgable and helpful throughout. I recommend them without reservation

Visited the showroom today and not even acknowledged. Walked around, looked at a few cars, not even a ‘hello’ or smile. Guy with a beard sitting at the desk as we walked in just looked at us. Plenty of staff at the desks at the back

Recently bought a new Mini and the service provided by Kyle was excellent, he talked me through things thoroughly and answered each and every question I had. Thanks Kyle in love with my new car :)

We visited for a service and then for a minor repair under warranty. We were looked after by Regi who kept us fully informed of progress. She was charming and most efficient. On both visits we waited in the showrooms and were treated to coffee and biscuits. Our dog was given water in a bowl bearing the Mini logo! Our car was valeted at no charge. These 'extras' plus the friendly welcome from Regi and other staff members made our visits really enjoyable.

Ordered some parts for my 330e. Ifty and Darren made the experience really easy. They're knowledgeable and knew exactly the part I needed despite not having a part number.
Full confidence in them to sort me out again

After reading the review I had written below the branch service manager contacted me to find out more details. I explained the situation and sent copies of the correspondence at which point he offered to refund the diagnosis fee (which I accepted)
In recognition of this I have upped the rating with a 2nd star.

Original review:
I brought my second hand mini here for some fault diagnosis, and hopefully rectification, back in January. It's taken this long to write a review for the reasons noted at the end.
I accept that a second hand car may have faults, and when our mini regularly cut out at junctions and low revs I took it to North Oxford Mini as they had previously undertaken repairs for what appeared to be a similar fault that the previous owner had experienced. The ~£120 diagnosis that I agreed did not show up any faults that would lead to the engine cutting out, so I assumed after the garage apparently reset the adaptations between the inlet and exhaust solenoid valves, the fault would be fixed. However, it was still present. I accept diagnosis can be challenging, and paying the fee does not guarantee a 100% solution. However, they then offered me a £2500 repair, on top of a similar bill that the previous owner had paid 12 months before. I tried to appeal against this, but they said there was nothing that could be done due to the age of the car. Whilst this was deeply disappointing, it was nothing on what led me to write this review.
I was put in touch with an experienced mini trained mechanic by a friend. This individual came to look at my car and undertook some diagnosis, and swopped over some components to narrow down the fault. He did this 5 months ago, and the fault never returned. The point of the review is to show that the garage were quite happy to charge a diagnosis fee and not find the fault that was the problem, quite happy to charge £2500 to fix a fault that they had been paid to fix previously, and all whilst it appears that the work required was in fact a very simple and quick fix.
I'm not a mechanic, and hence I left a suitable period after the fix to see if the fault re-occured, and it hasn't - not once. It's fair to say I won't ever visit that garage again. Perhaps a one-off, but I will take my business elsewhere.

We really enjoyed buying our car at Nortb Oxford Mini dealership. James really looked after us, he’s clearly passionate about his job & the product. His knowledge & passion & attention to detail were second too none. We are really pleased with the whole experience & would highly recommend. We will definetly be back. But for now am going to enjoy my new car. 🤩
