Bought the most gorgeous mini from this garage. Worth every penny. Did ask for a cheeky freebie cap or similar and was refused by manager which is a shame as I spent quite a lot of money !

Just purchased a secondhand approved mini dealt with Stefan who talked us through the deal and did not pressure us in anyway to take on any extra add ons.
The handover was excellent in explaining the controls and benefits of the car.
I don’t normally write reviews or trust over generous comments/ reviews but on this occasion feel it worthy to mention the service provided.

I’ve just purchased an approved Mini and couldn’t be happier with the service received. At no time I was pressured and everything was as explained clearly.

Visited yesterday to enquire about the deal advertised on the radio. Having looked around at the minis outside, I went into the showroom to speak to someone. I explained the above. I wasn’t introduced, not offered a seat and told nothing about the deal or offered a closer look at the car I had shown interest in outside. I did get a valuation on my own mini at £3k less than Motorway. I thought customer service was important but not in this instance. Obviously I won’t be going back….clearly selling cars isn’t a high priority.

Thankyou Adam for your response. I am aware of the variances in car valuations. Leaving that aside, I am disappointed that the loss of a sale and a customer is not reflected in your reply. Neither have you commented on the service further by offering any assurances or means of how others will not be treated in the same way.

Honestly, the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Friendly, helpful people who listened to me and provided an excellent service.

I couldn’t recommend Emily Thomas from North Oxford Mini highly enough. She is exceptionally knowledgable and patient and went above and beyond throughout the whole process of purchasing our mini. Emily took so much time to ensure we made an informed decision on the car we purchased. The process was very simple as Emily kindly walked us through each step.
Whilst awaiting our car being made, Emily maintained constant communication and provided us with useful updates, ensuring that we felt very valued as a customer throughout.
On collection day, it couldn’t have gone smoother. Emily organised a time and date that worked for us and informed us of what we required for the collection appointment.
We arrived to see our beautiful car in a large red bow, this was such a lovely touch.
Emily kindly walked through the functions of the car and ensure she set all setting up to exactly how we wanted them. She took her time to ensuring we were completely informed and comfortable to drive off in our new car and also making it clear if I have any further questions at all, just to contact her.

Stefan worked with us from day one to the day we took delivery of our mini, he always met us with a smile and a hand shake, along with a coffee.
No pressure was placed on us. Stefan is a credit to mini and we thank him for that. Any of the team we interacted with were also professional.

I recently purchased a mini as a surprise gift for my daughter. It was purchased privately, but I brought it to The North Oxford Mini for a once over. I dealt with Emma Davies in the service team. Great experience from start to finish. Darren was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really happy with the service and my new car — would definitely recommend.

After initially popping in for a look and finding a car I really liked I went in and was greeted by Emily who promptly got me the keys to have a look around and show me the features. After running numbers and being happy with the figures I was allowed to take the car on a 15-20 minute test drive to really get a feel. I needed to sell my car elsewhere so was allowed to reserve the car for a few days until sorted. Very quickly a deal was agreed, pricing was spot on for the market so cheekily asked for some stripes to be added which Emily and management agreed wouldn’t be an issue. Very quickly got paperwork, stripes and MOT sorted during the week as well as some new plates made for my private reg. Emily went above and beyond even coming in on a weekend that normally she has off to allow me to collect. I even got to a choose a freebie from the lifestyle accessories. I’ve not been this excited for a car in a long time and the customer service received just heightened that. Would throughly recommend, car was prepared beautifully, great customer service and a good coffee too!

I got my lovely Mini from here a couple of weeks ago and whilst you expect good service while they're trying to sell you something, to continue to give the same level of excellence afterwards is far rarer.
