Jenna in service was excellent start to finish great an excellent service. She is a great asset to BMW north oxford

I had some issues using the automated logging in process due to some incorrect info on the system. Jodie came to assist and completed the process, making the necessary changes, swiftly and efficiently. I was kept informed of progress and was fully apprised on a couple of minor points to note. An excellent experience.

North Oxford BMW look after both my BMWs and I wouldn't go anywhere else - in fact I travel 50 miles to go there when I have a main dealer within walking distance from my home. The service is always excellent from their friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Rozeena, Jazmin and Adam.

So many companies treat you like you are there for one transaction - North Oxford treat you like they want you to come back :-)

I’ve been taking my current, and previous BMWs to North Oxford for all services.

The service they provide there is second to none, plus they allow dogs! Every member of staff is so accommodating, friendly and professional. I won’t take my BMW anywhere but North Oxford.

My car was serviced last Monday, and I was extremely impressed by the customer service. The process was smooth and efficient, with consistent updates from start to finish. Many thanks to Jodie, the service advisor, for her excellent assistance.

Part exchanged motorbike, served by Ben. Who was brilliant, and nothing too much trouble and an absolute credit to your sales team and very happy with my BMW motorbike.

Visited yesterday, looking for a new or nearly new 2 series a active tourer. Reception didn't raise their heads to give us a greeting. Loads of staff all sitting at desks. A few rushing about but nobody asked what we wanted as we wandered about the showroom. After nearly an hour of "kicking tyres" we gave up. Next stop, Swindon, although we live locally

Amanda in the service reservations department was so quick at reacting to a drive train warning shown the car, she liaise with other departments to do a remote diagnostic check, ordered the parts and booked in the car for the work to be done by lunchtime the next day. thank you Amanda. 5 star service!

What a great company to deal with. They somehow manage to make every customer feel they are the only one. Receptionists, Service receptionists and all staff are polite, efficient and friendly, and if you think that makes them expensive you are mistaken. Today the major service, MOT, and recall work took longer than they had originally quoted in terms of waiting time. As recompense I was set up with a beautiful 330 M saloon for the day plus a reduction on the Invoice. You can’t get that sort of action elsewhere. Well done and thank you especially to Rozeena.

Jodie was exceptionally helpful and made sure my Mum’s was serviced at short notice. She went over and aboard of what I expected.

First class service! My app notified me my vehicle needed a recall. I had a booking made for the same week. Car was in and out in great time. The service department is second to none and kept me informed of the progress. Would give more stars if it was possible. All of the service advisors were so welcoming and helpful. Fantastic personal service given by Kriste-Anne Phillips. There was no pressure from her and she was friendly empathetic and patient with me without overloading me with technical detail. She came to my house with the car to test drive and it was also delivered to me once purchased. An amazing seamless service and Kriste is a great asset to your dealership.
