Output is a great App

I love this site so much! Output adds a sprinkle of genius to your production.

Output creates amazing plugins, studio desk etc. and on top of it all they have great customer support. Definitely recommend output products.

Charged me for a year after I cancelled my subscription and would not issue refund.

There is really nothing I can critisize. I love Arcade as well as the FX and instruments. I often share feedback with them and they were always super helpful!

This company has created useful tools that can assist Musicians/ Producers/ artists in such a phenomenal way!!! Customer service, at least my experience with them, was EXCELLENT!!! I would only suggest that there be more incentives in place for long time subscribers, such as a Loyalty Program that Acknowledges and Rewards multiple purchases and/or long time subscribers to the Arcade product!!!

I haven't been able to review the product but am looking forward to the opportunity. My only complaint pertains to shipping considering their website says 6-8 weeks for production and delivery. I wasn't notified of any production delays until about the time or shortly after I was supposed to receive the product. This would have been nice to know prior to ordering, although I still would have purchased said item. It just seems a little deceitful considering I'm sure they knew of these issues prior to me ordering

I ordered a desk which due to force majeure (war in Ukraine) could not be delivered within anticipated timelines.

Output kept me updated of the issue, offered alternatives and even some free software to compensate for the delays, always in a very friendly, open and transparent manner.

Unfortunately I could not wait much longer as needed a desk to work. I explained this to Output and instead of over-promising on dates which they would not be able to deliver, they openly admitted that they could not commit to a date, offering a full refund if that was my preference.

The refund was received rapidly, in full and without any sort of issue.

To me, not having been able to get their product, this is the epitome of a best in class service that drives satisfaction and loyalty to a company which I will be certainly considering my first best in future occasions. I am convinced that this is a company that delivers on its promises and that is priceless.

I don't know who what or why I never subscribed to you guys and I got charged I would like to cancel but idk how I'm really mad cause now I'm negative in my account without knowing anything

Fantastic company. When I had concerns about a couple different things they were so attentive and friendly. They actually seem to care about their customers. Pretty rare these days.

And was told it ends at August 24, 2022

They deducted $90 From my account

What’s going on I don’t understand

I ordered the stands through their eusonic distributor. The shafts and legs were all affected by rust. I contacted support and they replaced all the affected parts. The replacement parts came with rust affecting all of the legs. This isn’t acceptable when buying new highly priced products.

I forgot to cancel my Arcade subscription and had lost my login details so I contacted Output. They sorted it out the very next day including a refund.
Truly excellent customer service.

I have had nothing but outstanding customer service from William. Incredibly helpful and kind. Time and time again I have reached out and have received immediate 5/5 service. I'm a output fanboy for life now.

This company scammed a friend of mine for 130€..
there was a subscription for their "Output Arcade 2.0" they took 10€/month but he did NOT have access to the program at all.

Hi i made a mistake with my email so I stuffed up my order with in one day they had sorted me out, got the plugin working in my DAW Movement modulator awesome plugin if you cant get Creative with this one you are in the wrong game

Output have given consistent, thoroughly helpful and extremely generous customer service ever since using them. Shout out to William for killing it

So this company that tried to scam money out of my partners account tried blaming her for free subscription even tho neither I or her have ever heard of them. Then have the nerve to to ask me to email the same email that sent the scam.
Bank was informed and has blocked this company plus British cybercrime team have been informed and welcomed information.

William of Output is like William the Conquerer. He responded quickly and walked me through a problem which I solved by myself. I have been a university professor. That is the best kind of teacher. Let the student solve the problem by themself. Then they NEVER forget how they did something. Great software too!
